My family and I have been using John and Brandon for years. Extremely satisfied
We started using Schlueter AC for our commercial property about 6 months ago after repeated non-responsiveness to our requests for a maintenance plan and repeated "unfixable problems" with Christianson. We finally have found a company that knows what they are doing, that actually fixes our problems, and that has set us up on a maintenance system that prevents future issues. And the price is extremely fair! Thank you for providing great customer service!

I, am John Schlueter, I am the only one that answers the phone, always and it follows me to a cell in my pocket, or a service truck. WE DO NOT HAVE A JULIE THAT WORKS FOR US! I do not know who Alan is. Must have been a mistaken dialed call. I answer the phone, 24 hours daily, weekends, and Holidays. John Schlueter
This review is a bit dated in time, however, I can not forget. A person by the name of Julie answered the phone. She was rude and disrespectful.
John Schlueter knows his business. He is trustworthy and tells it like it is. Instead of trying to sell you a new one he will get the most out of your current unit and keep it going to the full extent of it’s life. There isn’t a brand or type he hasn’t worked on in all his years of being in business. I’m a real estate agent and John has gone out on a Sunday for my clients to inspect a unit before they made the purchase. There aren’t many out there like John. You can count on him and his team to be honest and fair. They take pride in their work and it shows!
The owner, John, and his technician, Brandon, could not be nicer or more helpful people. They came the same day, after regular hours, to help fix our AC unit that decided to stop cooling the first day it hit 100 degrees. I tried calling eight different companies before them, (and my homeowner's insurance five different times), and no one else could come out for two more days. Our twin baby girls were not having it (nor I), and John and Brandon saved the day. No, they saved the week. Not only are they our heroes, but they are probably the cheapest AC company we have ever used. I wish I could rate them higher on Google. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!! AAA+++ HIGHLY RECOMMEND
