Said unit was out of warranty but it less than 2 years old. Would never use this company or liberty communities.
Matt was professional and easy to work with when my property AC started acting up. He evaluated the issue and presented options and considerations to resolve my issue. Despite being three time zones away, this issue was resolved without headache. Next time, when the need arises, Schelter will be my first call.
Honest and efficient work. Very friendly people who have their customers well being at heart! Matt and Ron are great people! That's not to say the other people at Schelter Heating and Air aren't great people!

I needed a Mini-Split Unit for my basement. Matt and Jeremy were great to work with. They went over my available options and walked me through each step. It was a fast installation and we couldn't be happier with the result. They are a great company to work with, and we highly recommend them for all of your A/C needs.

First time using these guys. Hired them to do the spring maintenance check on my AC units. I have hired HVAC service techs for multiple homes over the years and I have tried many companies. Schelter was very knowledgeable and professional and at the same time quick, yet thorough. As a bonus, they are a local, independent company. Looking forward to working with them in the years ahead!

Matt and his team are so great to work with. They fair replaced our upstairs unit for less than the other guys quoted us and they did it the next day! You guys are honest and fair so thank you!!
We’ve been calling around trying to get help with our upstairs unit, which is not keeping up. We had several unreturned calls and two other companies came out. One came by twice and the problem was still unresolved. Another wrote us an estimate that seemed a bit excessive. So, I found Matt’s number and left a message asking for a second opinion. He was able to call me back and came within the hour! He quickly found some ductwork that was completely disconnected and patched it up for us. He gave us his recommendations, and I felt I was able to trust him. We’ll be using Schelter again, for sure!
