Kevin Yee is very professional.He checked out my system and the ducts and showed me everything that was wrong.He fixed my ducts that was broken.He showed me where my system was not installed probably .He explained and showed me how to adjust my vents each season to get the most heat and air flow throughout my house.He doesn't stop until he is satisfied and he has done the job right.Whatever he see is wrong he will let you know.I just love his dedication to getting the job done right.
I've had ac cooling issues for 5 years on my new Lennox system and I've had different companies look at it in the past. It has been a nightmare for me every single summer until I found Kevin this year. He is the most reliable professional in this industry. He's caring, thorough, patient and persistent in testing and figuring out the issues. He identified the problems and fixed them quickly. For someone who doesn't live in Tennessee, I found him on Google. I have to say this is the best google search I have ever done. I had Kevin Aeroseal ducts and conduct a blower door test to test air tightness of home after DIY air sealing. He is meticulous, not rushed, will not oversell, and will provide high quality recommendations with regard to home energy savings.

Save Energy Solutions, LLC has provided heating and air conditioning service to us for several years. They are on time with detailed inspections and recommendations if needed. Watching “This Old House…PBS home improvement TV Show” was the first time I was exposed to AEROSEAL duct diagnostics and sealing. After doing my research, I decided cleaning and sealing my air ducts was something we needed to do. Kevin Yee, owner of Save Energy Solutions, provides this service in the Memphis area. Glad we pursued this air/vent improvement. It gave us cleaner air….reduced our electrical bill by over 10%. Kevin Yee's commitment is doing the Job Right….perfectionist. I recommend Yee for all of your Air and Heating needs.
Mr. Yee was thorough in attending to the needs of repairing our AC unit. He took his time for the repair and did not leave until our house begin cooling. He walked us through his step by step procedures and showed us pictures before his repair as well as after the repair. Our house has been on 76 degrees two months since the repair and remain cool and even cold in the house at that setting.

Very nice and polite guy! Very helpful and willing to teach you about the system as well. He came for what we were told by roofing contractor that we had a hvac leak. However he came and after a lot of time and hardwork. Found it was actually a very obvious roof leak. Long story ahot Kevin was awesome

Kevin is as detailed as you will get when it comes to his services. He came out and gave me an estimate to fix my duct and without even spending a dime, the estimate included very detailed videos of the damages and what needed to be fixed. Pricing was very reasonable, Kevin and his team were able to get the job done in two days with quality work. Highly recommended for any A/C & Duct work needs.
