I needed to replace a toilet and water heater in a rental home, and I contacted Hot Water Heaters of Savannah. Joyce in the office was great to work with - she was friendly and professional, and she worked with me and my tenants to schedule and reschedule the work. My tenant sent me a photo of the work that was done, and it looked great! They did a great job, including taking photos of the new toilet and water heater. Recently, I had to replace my water heater. I was worried about the cost and the process, but Steve from Hot Water Heaters of Savannah was able to put my mind at ease. Not only did he give me a great price, but he also did an amazing job with the installation. He was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently, while also taking the time to explain everything to me so I knew what was going on. I've had bad experiences in the past with other water heater installers who didn't seem to care about their customers. Thank you Hot Water Heaters of Savannah for tackling this project. We had to replace a water heater before our new tenants moved in and had a very tight time schedule to keep. The entire ordeal was handled quickly and with care by the time my tenants moved in, the water heater was replaced, cleaned up and all the deadlines were met. I will say I was impressed with the whole process from the first phone call to the install to the follow up to make sure everything was working well and we were happy with the service. YES!!
