Juan is amazing! Our AC broke and was leaking in the garage. Juan came within 2 hours on a Sunday of the 4th of July holiday weekend. Juan cleaned out our clogged AC line and cleaned out all our wet towels in garage. Juan is professional, polite and so knowledgeable. We will be using Santos AC and Plumbing exclusively for all our AC and plumbing needs from now on! Great kudos to Juan!

Juan come over today (Sunday) and quickly repaired my hot water heater. He was very responsive to my needs and communicated with me after the service call to make sure everything was properly working, and was very reasonable price for a Sunday. I would recommend Santos A/C and Plumbing!
Ac was not blowing in July, after two visits it was fixed. I was charged for a new electronic board at the air handler, 4 months later when it's 40° heat does not work. When I called Mr Santos tells yes he knows this !! 🤐 I call a different ac guy, he informs me the electronic board is not new, it looks like the original one and oh the heat was disconnected. Shame, shame on Santos rip offs, scamming hard working Americans! Be Ware of this crooked business. 👎👎👎👎
Juan Santos did a great job installing our hot water heater. His was very reasonably priced. He was on time and very professional.
POOR PROFESSIONALISM POOR QUALITY OF WORK. He came to look for mold in my HVAC system and my first appointment he came an hour before my scheduled appointment and left when I wasn’t there (I was at work) BEFORE the appointment even started. Found out that he double booked for my appointment time. Second time he showed up almost an hour LATE and told me that the mildew was from “pet dander” (not how mold works) and gave me zero details of what services he completed but told me he cleaned everything. Well I looked inside my vents and they were NOT cleaned. they are still COVERED in mold- NOT mildew.
I would recommend Santos AC to anyone. He has serviced my AC for years and I would not call anyone else. Most of the time he comes within an hour or so and if he’s too busy then he comes first time in the morning the next day, depending on your emergency. He is very reasonable and best of all honest. He and his people know what they are doing and they are not out there to take advantage of people. I’m sure his business is successful due to being reasonable, honest and dependable.

WE have been using Santos A/C and Plumbing for several years to service our properties in the Tampa Bay area. Last week we returned home from a trip to find our 14 year old A/C unit not working. We called Mr. Santos on Tuesday and had a new 4 ton unit installed on Wednesday. Everthing is working perfectly and we could not be happier. They are always very fair and honest with regards to repair work either plumbing or A/C and heating. I would highly recommend Santos for your plumbing and A/C problems!!

My old AC unit was dying. I call every where and I couldn’t get appointment fast enough. My buddy from work give me Santos number and I call he show up right away. he look at my old unit than he give me “ THE BEST PRICE “ in town. His crew came in 8am to start working. Inside the unit in the house was done by a father and a son crew while out side was unit was being done by Santos him self and his crew. I am so admired by the family run small business . i didn’t see them taking a break. you can see their Energy and passion for customer excellence. Keep staying strong against big companies. Our home recently has been installed 4Ton 16Seer Trane AC by Santos A/C Inc. It's our home first AC replacement, we kind of feel nervous. Mr. Santos is absolutely knowledgeable and professional.
