About a week ago I came home to a sweltering house. I had an interesting story with this company. My secretary set up an appoinment for repair of the fridge and when next day it seemed to me they missed it I was quite angry and called them being not polite. But it appeared that my secretary gave them wrong address and telephone number. I appreciate your understanding and caring, the technician came to the wrong undress and couldn't reach me, but when I called and gave the right address they came to my place any way, and I was very embarassed by the situation and apologised for being rude. They did a great job and I appreciate it very very much! Perfect service.
As a first time small business owner starting out in an unfamiliar area I was tentative when I began renovations. The central air units installed on the other floors works great. All my desires have been accommodated. The furnace installation in the basement which I had dreaded was completed despite various barriers and obstacles. It was a tough job but also came out great. I wish I could express the depth of my recommendation for this group. They acted courteous at all times and helped me to make informed decisions and get the complete results I desired.
