Knowledgeable and reliable! I found this company online, so I immediately called them for an ac and heater repair. Their dispatcher was very helpful over the phone, and the technician arrived at my place on time. I've dealt with lots of service people over the years and these guys are the best. Collins called back promptly. Collins showed up right on time. They are both professional and very nice. Collins diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the malfunctioning part, and explained everything in detail. The next time we need any HVAC service, we will call San Marino Cool Touch HVAC first. Great experience at a fair price. That's hard to beat.
