Technician was very helpful explaining everything as well as quick to get back to us with all estimates, etc. The service technicians who actually installed the new unit were prompt, efficient, professional and very patient in answering all of our questions. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing service or installation.
Our tech was personable, with an upbeat attitude. Completed his task in a timely manner. Courteous and professional. Discussed some additional options that I could add to my unit to make it safer for the air inside the house and electrically safer outside the house. I like that!
They came same day when our AC went out and installed the new unit the next day - starting a little earlier than the 2 hour start time window even! The new unit has made our house cool again for our 3 dogs. We would recommend them as not only were they great this time in replacing our 18 yr old AC unit, they were similarly responsive, cost effective.

Once my unit was repaired the tech ensured I was happy with the results. I was blown away by his exceptional knowledge of my A/C unit and how easily he was able to assess the faulty symptoms. My mother in law hired this company, this review is based on her experience. I needed to clean the ventilation. My daughter recommended them as they charged her $200 to do the job. I called and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they responded and made an appointment. They gave me a time frame and actually showed up 1/2 hour early. Things were going well. They were only here for 30 minutes. He wasn't vacuuming for the entire half hour, but he was working to get the things he needed for the job. They give you a quote over the phone. At first we had a misunderstanding, but HE took care of it right away. We appreciate their business and look forward to using them in the future.
We were very pleased with the service. They came on the same day when everyone was busy and offered a good price. Overall, they were friendly and did the job quickly.
He and his assistant came out and very quickly identified what was wrong with my oven. He had the part with him, he replaced it and fixed it within half an hour. He also took the time to explain what was wrong with it and also gave some great tips on using filters (turned out the ones I had were terrible). Great service.
Our heater stopped working last week. Usually we re-light the pilot lamp and it works, but this time it didn't work. Instead of using our regular handyman, we wanted to get the experience of a heating specialist and I'm so glad we did. He explained to me what was going on, fixed the problem quickly and didn't try to sell me anything else. He also explained in general terms how these old heating systems work and what I need to do for regular maintenance. Super helpful information and 100% trustworthy. I plan to use them again when I need to clean the air filter (as soon as possible. Thanks for the efficient and quality service!
I had a good experience. My heater was old and He tried a quick fix which worked. and everyone is happy. The staff was courteous, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Good experience.
