Ben came to take a look at our AC unit. He was polite, and was able to quickly and efficiently identify what needed to be fixed. He arrived and had our AC fixed in under an hour.

Sammy's is simply the best. They have replaced our furnace and fixed our AC unit. They are very thorough and detail oriented. They also are very incredibly good with communication and explaining the repairs and why. The best is they are honest and never try to up sale and their pricing is very good. I have been a customer for several years and will continue to be one. Again, Sammy's is the best!
TLDR; These guys are awesome. 10/10 Excellent work at reasonable prices. I’ve used Sammy’s twice now. Last fall we had some money come up and decided to do some vent work to increase the air flow to the existing furnace and try to increase the efficiency of our HVAC system. Sam himself came out and bid the job. The price on the venting was very reasonable, and as we talked it over we decided it was probably time to replace the A/C unit as well. (This was not a hard sell, it was 25+ years old and was struggling to keep up.) The installers that came out were awesome, cleaned up after themselves, and did great work. We hit a couple snags along the way, but we worked together and were able to come up with good solutions that I was very happy with. So when I tried to turn on my a/c last week and nothing happened, I knew who to call. It was of course a Saturday and Sam himself answered the phone. We talked about a couple things I did to troubleshoot it, but there wasn’t much to be done on a Saturday. They were booked up this week, but they managed to get me in today. Ben called me about an hour before our scheduled time and said he was running early. It took him all of 2 minutes to diagnose the problem, and had the part replaced in about an hour. He was very pleasant to work with. My beautiful new 2 stage A/C unit now has a beautiful new fan motor in the furnace to match. If you need work done, these are the guys to do it!
Sam came out today and inspected our house top to bottom to be sure that he found any and all problems that could be contributing to the problem we were having. He was kind and very friendly, making us feel at ease. His knowledge and thoroughness made us feel like we were in the hands of a TRUE PRO! Thank you so much!
We use Sammy's heating and air annually! They have been timely, professional and are always friendly/take time to explain information when on site. We use them for HVAC maintenance and have used them once for repair.

Called Sammy's to come and check out heater. Unit was making noise and seemed to not be as efficient as I thought it should. I could have gotten a same day appointment, that's unheard of!! Was scheduled next day, technician explained everything he was doing and found motor was bad. Took care of that so quickly, and best part of this, it was under warranty. Thanks so much for your professionalism and timely repair. I will recommend Sammy's Heating and Air to everyone.!
I absolutely love this company! They were recommended to me by a family member. They have serviced my air conditioning unit as well as my heater. My heater stopped working this winter and Sammy’s immediately picked up the phone when I called in the evening. He came over to my house that evening and had the issue fixed within thirty minutes. So far, my heater has been working better than ever. They are responsive, show up on time, and charge a fair price. They are honest and trustworthy and I would 100 percent recommend them to all my family and friends.

Our heater stopped working during the coldest part of the winter. They were able to come take care of us immediately and he was right on time so I wasn't waiting around at all. Ben fixed our issue super quick and he was so kind and informative. Thank you!

This company was hired by my apartment complex to replace my furnace. They came and replaced the furnace and a week later it stopped working. When they came to fix it they did not get permission from me or my landlord to cut the 2 big holes in my ceiling that they cut. They cut the holes right above my brand new flat screen hanging on the wall. Sheet rock dust was covering my tv and got all in the vent that is on back of the tv. My kids Christmas toys and clothes were unwrapped on my couch which were also covered in sheet rock dust. My brand new couches and coffee table were also covered in sheet rock dust along with my floor. They offered 100$ for a cleaning person to come clean my house and spray can of compressed air to try to blow all the sheet rock dust out of my brand new tv. It’s 2 days before Christmas and no cleaning person is available. And a can of compressed air cannot clean the sheet rock out of my brand new tv. So my kids clothes and toys are trashed all my personal belongings in my living room trashed. And 2 big holes in my ceiling which can’t be fixed until after the new year. I would not recommend using this company under any circumstance.
Sam and Ben are amazing! They helped me so much! They are so considerate and kept my home free of dirt they always wore booties and laid tarps to protect my flooring while they worked! I would recommend!
Sam is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet, and you can really tell he loves the work that he does! Ben who came with him for the job was great as well! They helped us install an exhaust fan in our bathroom and had it all done and cleaned up (couldn’t even tell they were here if not for there being a new fan) faster than expected while still maintaining high quality work! As they were heading out the door, Sam happily took the time to answer a couple of my other questions about my AC unit. We will definitely be calling Sammy’s for all our future HVAC needs!
Sammy’s was at my house within a couple of hours. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful. He had me cooling off within minutes. I recommend them to everyone who asks for a local and honest HVAC company in Davis County!
