Alex was my technician today. He didn’t even make me put my dogs away. He was fast, friendly, and he provided exceptional customer service.

Same Day Air Repair replaced our compressor through our home warranty company. 6 weeks later our A/C started making a horrible noise. They instantly made an appointment to come out and assess at no charge. Nathen was friendly and personable and talked us through his findings. He truly made the experience exceptional. When it ended up being a loose part, he quickly made the repair. We would recommend Same Day Air to anyone. They did the right thing in this situation. We will also make sure that in the future our home warranty company refers us back to them.
This company went above and beyond to fix our air conditioner today in 107 degree weather. Our home warranty company dropped the ball and left us without ac for a whole week with an nonspeaking autistic child who needs a a feeding tube because he can’t drink water, and did nothing to help us. They ordered a compressor for us, and it didn’t arrive for a week and they ordered another one without telling us what happened or offering to look around for the part. They said there were none in Arizona.They lied, home warranty didn’t care about us. Same Day Air Repair rearranged their schedule and sent someone out last minute at 5pm on a Friday to help us before 4th of July weekend! The technician came the next morning WITH A COMPRESSOR and fixed our ac in less than a couple hours! I am crying in joy and I will be forever grateful. We will be buying new ac units from SDAR when we have the money!! THANK YOU!!
Nathan was kind and professional. He addressed the issues with care and competence. Our AC was back up and running within an hour. He was not pushy when it came to the sales side of things. He simply presented the options and let me choose without pressing me either way. Much respect to him for this. I assume his pay structure is somewhat dependent on making sales. Very grateful for Nathan's integrity.
Nathan did a outstanding job with the repair of our Air conditioner and was very professional and updated us frequently on the issues and gave us options They do well with Heating and Air conditioners Would definitely use them again Great job 👍
Alex was our tech and was fantastic. He was super talkative and friendly. He knew his job to a T and fixed what was broken and explained other parts that could potentially go wrong and gave us quotes for them. He was so alert and I highly recommend him to be my tech again but more so to be everyone's tech! Great job Alex, thank you!!

I had Alex and Duane out to fix my unit, and I was so impressed by what a thorough job they did. My AC units are challenging to locate and access, and I have had multiple techs from other companies come by and leave rather than accessing it, but Alex and Duane were up for the challenge and did a phenomenal job.
Alex was on time, replaced blades which he had to go get from a vendor, he went above and beyond. Had he not done that I would have been down 1 a.c unit in the middle of a heat wave. Thanks for a great job !

Fred, Robert, and Jay diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Now my air is working again, and I'm so thankful! They were understanding and professional as well as knowledgeable. They are also going to check on me in a few days to see if it's still working.
Fred from Same Day Air was Great. He allowed me to explain the issue and told me how he was going to troubleshoot and check the system. Then he was able to fix the system the same day and advise me on what steps he took for the repair. I would recommend and I would use it then again.
