We had a technician from Same Day come out to further look into an issue with our furnace that PGand E discovered. He was a wonderful young man who assured us he could further diagnose the issue. He told us exactly what was wrong and didnt not try to "sell" more than what the issue involved. I appreciated his integrity.

Efficient, affordable, professional
My 30+ years old heater furnace quit running, found this company they responded fast and showed up within a short time, the technician quickly figured out the failed part and the next day came with the replacement part, problem solved! It’s expensive repair but worth it now we have heating again. I highly recommend this company they respond fast, their store hours is 24 hours. Amazing!
They scheduled the replacement, communicated when they would be here, showed up during the appointed time. The techs were professional and did an excellent job.
My furnace did not work normally. The service company sent the technician and diagnosed the problem. He fixed the problem by replacing the broken capacity. They also fixed a water leaking problem of the small water pump. Very good service.
Arrived early and quickly cleaned up my heater. It’s now ready for the winter!

He arrived at the time scheduled, was able to identify the issue within a few minutes, importantly he provided details of what was broke and he showed me, and he effectively replaced the damaged part. Ray Porter was professional, efficient, detailed when explaining what he and the team was going to do. He called to let me know his ETA and when they got closer to my home, he called to let me know they were 15 minutes out. He even cleaned up afterwards. They left their work area very clean. He had a very pleasant demeanor which is useful when dealing with customers. If you have to have your HVAC system repaired or installed, ask for Ray Porter.
