Rob the AC technician did an amazing job. He fixed my AC in the middle off summer!
This company came out to install an AC unit in my home during the installation they broke a light fixture in August 2022 . And promised reimbursement for the damage it is now April 2023 and I have not received a reimbursement. And AC unit started makes a horrible noise when it turns on .I reported this two weeks after installation and they will not come out and look at the unit or even schedule an appointment with me.
Company came out same day I was impressed at first then said they couldn’t help until the unit wasn’t frozen over. They said I should have turned my unit off but I was never told that by the person I spoke with… oh well understandable but promised they would come back out (next day) today. I called them this morning got voicemail twice. I then got a hold of someone and they said “ya I’m in the middle of something and I’ll have to call you back….” No call until I tried again at 3:50 PM where they informed me they would not be coming out today after they had said they would. It’s 93 degrees in my house and have dogs. Then they said it was my fault haha unprofessional as ever. Would never recommend them to a soul. Had to get my work order changed to a different company and let the home warranty know about my experience with them.
