If you are looking for a HVAC contractor, I'd strongly recommend Sam to you. Sam showed up on Independence Day for us regarding an urgent situation. Sam is professional, punctual, tidy, and responsible. Sam explains all the options clearly. Sam even installed a metal filter box for us without charge. We asked one of his workers to secure an old air filter cover for us, and he did it without hesitation. His prices are also competitive.
Sam was extremely responsive. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He provided the quote for our AC system replacement within 24 hrs and really worked with us to solve an access issue that we’ve had with respect to the unit that we were not replacing. He and his crew came on time the day of the replacement. The work area was kept very clean, and the workmanship was great. Price was very competitive relative to the quality of the product. Would definitely recommend.
I called Sam for a leak from the AC in the attic, he came in a couple hours of calling him and took him about an hour to finish the job. I'm extremely happy with the quality of work and the parts that he supplied. Sam educated me on how to do some maintenance work so that I do not have to call in a service request again. Additionally he gave few maintenance suggestions to deal with a few potential issues in my case so that I do not have to deal with repairs in the future. Highly recommended.

Call Sam!! I contacted Sam at 11:50am, I’m writing this review at 1:55pm and the job is already completed. My HVAC was leaking due to a clogged drain pipe and it needed to be replaced. Sam came within hours of first contact and did a professional job for a reasonable price. Highly recommended and I will use him for future needs.

I called Sam few days ago to update my current thermostat to Google Nest. I did not have all the wires required to install the Nest. He was responsive and came on time to give me a quote. He had been at another job and came to quickly to give me a quote and he decided to take care of it at that time. I had two thermostats, one controlling heat and the other AC and he was able to have it on one. My unit was in the Basement and my light wasn’t working so it was pretty dark. I had no room and stuff around the unit however he managed to work through the dark and messy room. He apologized to me for not having his van which carries his commercial light as his van was at the house he was working. I appreciated his responsiveness, professionalism, politeness and quality of work! Thank you again Sam 😃
Sam is the most reliable and fair contractor we’ve ever used. We had an emergency with our central air unit, and he came out to evaluate it right away. We discussed what needed to be done and Sam fixed the issue within a couple of days. His employees were hard working, neat and efficient. I would recommend Sam and his team without hesitation for all of your heating and cooling needs.
Sam came at 10pm to fix our hvac unit. He's dedicated, honest, professional and a hard worker. He left with my unit fixed. We are so grateful to find him, especially when a bunch of other companies blew us off and didn't show up. I will definitely reccomend him to anyone who has any hvac issues.

Don’t waste your time looking for anyone else just hire Sam this guy is a professional with a ton of experience he installed a tankless water heater, rerouted some pipes and few other things I couldn’t be anymore satisfied
