Ernesto and his team were very knowledgeable and professional in helping us install a new dual HVAC system. They even returned to help fix a pipe that was leaking (not related to their installation). Would highly recommend!
Ernesto and his team are great. They provide quality service every time. Carlos worked out in the rain on a Friday evening to make sure our A/C worked over the weekend. I can't recommend them enough!
Bottom Line: This is the first time we have used this company, and they did excellent work for a reasonable price, and more importantly, built a huge amount of trust with the customer. Communication: Scheduling the estimate was easy and good communication continued throughout the process. Quality of Work: Our 20-year-old water heater was showing signs of rusting, and we wanted to replace it with the Rinnai RUR-199IN gas tankless system. Our technician Ernesto was very informed and was able to confirm the pros and cons of this system vice other tankless systems as well as new tank systems. He meticulously explained the details of the project, particularly where the venting would run, which is very important for my piece of mind. I like to understand exactly what is being done to my house, and Ernesto did not shy away from it as other contractors tend to do. The work was done in a timely manner, professionally, and according to County code. But this is when the real work began. Several weeks after the project was complete, Washington Gas announced a $400 rebate for this system. However, the process to complete this was a tedious nightmare and the contractor was the only one who could complete it. Salvation Home Services did not even think twice about it and spent considerable time working this process until we received the rebate. They had NOTHING to gain from helping us as their project was complete and paid for. How many other companies would do this?!? That’s building trust. Pricing: Price was the best of three highly ranked Angie’s List companies providing estimates. The project manager's obvious expertise, willingness to explain the details of the project, timely communications, and excellent work took the hassle out of this project, and their willingness to tackle the rebate was clearly over and beyond expectations.

Ernesto and Salvation replaced our old standard water heater with a gas tankless and he couldn’t have done a better job. We hired him again to replace our water shutoff as well and his team is professional, quick and very affordable. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Stop looking for another HVAC company. Salvation home Service is the best company in our area. After 2 months of shopping I decided to go with SHS and I'm so happy with my decision. Absolutely reasonable price and amazing service. What they did for me? A to Z 2 zone system: New variable speed pump, new air handler, new 15 kw electric heater and great duct work (exactly the way I ask for). They worked even during the weekend on purpose to keep the project within the promised time frame. Thank you Ernesto and your great team.
When I needed a new furnace/AC I researched the subject to learn more about what is available. I then contacted several sellers to get price information. Ernesto at Salvation offered the best price on a good quality unit, as well as prompt installation. He and his crew showed up at the designated time and worked hard in a fairly compact basement space to remove the old unit and install the new one. They were extremely focused, professional and polite. They hauled away every speck of debris and left the work area neat and clean. Finally, instead of rushing off after a long day’s work, Ernesto took the time to explain the unit’s features and operation to me, answering all my questions. That was a year or two ago. Some months after that I needed a new water heater and again Ernesto gave a good price for a good unit and did a stellar installation. Yesterday I called him because the furnace seemed to be cycling strangely and underperforming. He came as promised today (Saturday) to examine the unit and then show me I had done two things wrong (covered thermostat with hanging coats and blocked off a number of vents) which caused the system to switch into a protective reduced performance mode. We undid my goofs and sure enough, system returned to performing perfectly. When I asked Ernesto how much I owed him for this service call, he said I owed him nothing— he likes to keep his customers happy. In summary, I am extremely pleased with Ernesto and his company. They are old school honest, diligent and a pleasure to engage with.
We found this company on Angie's List a couple of years ago. Since then he has been our go-to for plumbing and HVAC services. Always responsive, great work, and polite. We'd highly recommend him and his crew.
Ernesto installed a new tankless water heater. I found his contact information listed under recommended Rinnai technicians. I picked him out of 3 companies as he provided an immediate response through Karla (big thanks to his office manager!). He also provided the quickest, most reasonable, detailed quote out of all. I contacted Salvation Home Service because they were listed in the Bradford-White hot water heater webpage. What a great find! They were responsive, helpful and their prices were very reasonable. They showed up as promised and did great work on the installation, they put down covers to protect the floors and cleaned everything after. The next day when I had a problem, Ernesto sent two people over to help fix it. Super highly recommended, I will contact them for future HVAC service.
Ernesto has a very professional approach from presenting to pricing, installation and clean-up. Established the correct HVAC system for our home and delivered it at a reasonable price while sticking to a timely schedule. He provided a clean and neat installation of the equipment in one day and left the property in the same condition that he found it. No problems and a great crew working with him.
I had an excellent experience with Salvation. Over the past two years, and at two different homes, I have had some HVAC issues serviced with mixed results. Sometimes the repair was good, but the cost was outrageous (like the over $200 a pound Richard's charges for R10). At any rate, Ernesto from salvation came out and looked at my AC unit because it was cycling on and off about every 10 seconds. Seconds. He ran some diagnostics on the unit and explained everything every step of the way. I already knew my heat pump already had a leak, so I was surprised when Ernesto told me that it actually had too much refrigerant in the system. He recaptured some of the refrigerant and got the system working properly. We've had some very hot days since and there have been no issues at all; the air conditioning is running fantastic! His price to come out is a little higher than what is around, but for example his price for refrigerant is only $80 per pound as opposed to most other places which are pushing $200 or over. I highly recommend Salvation for your HVAC needs.

Ernesto is a lifesaver, superhero and turned our almost stressful weekend into worth-every-single dollar spent without-worry weekend!!!! His service, quickness and professionalism was outstanding. He responded to my husband so quick, gave a quote, did the pick up and installed in less than 14 hours. Our boiler went out around 6pm (message about 7pm) and by 11am the next day it was fully fixed.
