Our family have used Salgado A/C and Heating for multiple major jobs. They have replaced two air conditioners for us and our heater. Each job was of course during the worse time of needing to change. Either terribly hot or cold. Martin and his team always made our family feel like we were a priority. His customer service skills are way above the rest. He always strives to provide the best deal possible, with the most honest and sincere service. He truly is a life saver. When he left our home I felt like we had a friend for life and I know you will feel the same too. Don’t hesitate to give them a call. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
I was in a bad situation and Mr. Salgado came to my house and explained everything that happened. He did some research and found out that a part I had was still under warranty with the manufacture and replaced it for me at no charge. Even though he was not the company that installed my unit. I had to call him back for a few different things and he always showed up with a smile and repaired what I needed and never tried to over charge me for anything. I have referred him to anyone who will listen because I believe in his work ethic and his ability to get things done the right way. Thank you Mr. Salgado for coming to my house in the dead of the heat and helping my family.
I was hesitant to contact this company due to some 1 star reviews that I saw, but I have to say those reviews were 100% false. Mr. Salgado was extremely professional. It’s been a long time since I have had such a hard working, knowledgeable, super honest (not trying to scam me) AC company work on my unit. Mr. Salgado came to my home with with his equipment and testers showing that he was ready to help me find out what was wrong with my unit. I was being nosy and he was professional about it. He even educated me on the areas of my AC unit. His profession was fast as he found the problem and fixed my issue. It has been over days, adding it’s been over 105 degrees in my area, and I have not had one problem. I am so happy I gave this company a chance. It feels amazing to finally say that I have now found my new permanent go to AC company with no worries. Would definitely highly recommend his service.

We used Salgado Air Conditioning and Heating for a complete AC replacement. Martin was the most reasonable on price. He was professional and incredibly responsive on getting back via calls/texts. He understood our problem and unlike the other AC companies, he did not charge a huge price. He was fair and someone we'd be happy to refer! His team was professional, friendly and respectful of my parent's home. If you're looking for an honest business who can handle your AC & heating, give Martin a call.
In 2019 the worst air conditioner calamity happened, our compressor unit went out in the middle of summer. Martin was so friendly and diagnosed exactly what the issue was and worked with us for something cost effective that would work best for our house. Yesterday, that compressor stopped working. Martin immediately responded, he is very proud of his work and knew that it was unusual for a compressor to go out that quickly. He squeezed us in and found that an EARWIG BUG had managed to get into the wiring of the compressor in just the wrong way to short part of it. Larger companies would say that the whole compressor was bad, but Martin replaced a part and saved us the thousands of dollars we would have spent with a bigger company. His honesty and integrity shows in his work.
Wouldn't want to use this HVAC at all, stay away to prevent further damage to your HVAC.
My AC went out at the worst time and didn’t know what to do. I found Martin and his company read up on some of reviews and decided to go with him. Best decision ever! I received a response, proposal, and had my AC fixed with 24 hours. I highly recommend Salgado Air Conditioning & Heating.
Poor quality of installation...did not meet standards.
Make many promises but never follow through, work is not that great, I wouldn't recommend to my family.
Avoid at all cost if possible.. He misdiagnosed the heating unit problem. After several times, would not answer back phone call. I called a different HVAC company and it was a night and day difference in the work...so you have been warned!
My ac went out few months ago. Salgado Tech showed up spent an hour going back a forth ( looking busy). Was told my AC was out of coolant and since it was the coolant wasn’t made anymore and my ac wasn’t working properly that I would need to replace. He gave me “a deal” at $7000. My second opinion came in and I told him what Salgado had said. He showed that my coolant wasn’t low and in fact it was a $30 capacitor that had burned out. Do not use this company . Either they don’t know what their doing OR they know exactly what their doing. *****update***** Over year and a half ago I was told I needed new AC by this company. AC still going strong. Let this be a reminder to always get second opinion.
I appreciated the fact that Salgado Tech was wearing a mask when he came to complete job. Salgado tech was very professional. He displayed high level of expertise and efficiency. I received 2 quotes from other business's for my broken air conditioner. The quotes were significantly higher than the deal I received from Salgado Tech. Salgado Tech worked with my budget and I was able to get a great working air conditioner unit. After my unit was installed, Salgado Tech came back to my home to make sure air conditioner was working right.
Mr. Salgado is very professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done to fix my AC. He explained fully what the problem was with my unit and gave a complete list of needed parts and what cost would be immediately. After comparing with other businesses Mr. Salgado was the best price and his quality of work was great. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
