Adam came over the same day I called. Super quick and professional! Looked at my unit as a whole and not just the initial problem I inquired about. He fixed me up within the hour and we now have a game plan on how to get my unit back in perfect working order. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Thanks Sagan!
Adam was excellent to work with. He took his time to clean/service the unit, he was detailed and also took the time to educate me on good care for our unit. Will definitely be using him next time. As a realtor and using him for our personal home, I will be adding him to my list of recommendations to clients and those around me.

It was 52 degrees in my house and I called thinking I would not get any help since I live in Marlin but I received a call back within 5 minutes saying that he would be here by noon. Showed up right on time and fixed my problem in less than an hour.
Dryer Duct Cleaning...moved in a year ago, never knew it was that bad (very dangerous). Adam knocked it out Quickly! GREAT SERVICE!
Used this company multiple times, it always Adam that shows up (think he's the owner). Calls to let you know when he plans on being there the day prior, and is early on said day. Quickly identifies problem, informative to let you know what is wrong and what you could do yourself to prevent failure in future. Quickly makes repairs correctly and cleans up area like he was never there. Excellent customer service.
Sagan is always responsive, always dependable, and always reasonable. I will use no other AC company unless they become totally unavailable.
Adam with Sagan Air is a PRO. He called ahead and arrived on time. He was super systematic and thorough and he walked me through each step so I could understand what he was doing and why. Our AC stopped blowing cold air. Low coolant is a pretty common diagnosis for this and where most AC repair techs would stop looking and just charge you to recharge the system. Adam took it a step further and found a much more nuanced and rare issue—a special filter in the coolant line. He swapped the filter and lowered the cool air output by 4 degrees. I will definitely call again and you should too.
Adam was outstanding! He showed up promptly, diagnosed our issue, and provided us with options to decide on. He took the time to educate us on our system and provide meaningful information in terms we could understand as to why our system is failing, as well as how it should be functioning. We have used this company for small jobs like duct balancing and large jobs like moving our entire system from one side of the house to the other. The owner is very smart and thoughtful about HVAC, very professional, and takes his time to explain things to you. It shows that he thinks things through. For example, we had our ducts adjusted nearly 5 times by another large company and he finally got it fixed for us and explained exactly why we had the problem in the first place. He also found some leaks in the ducts that had been missed on multiple visits by the other company. He's very thorough and meticulous in his work. I don't have a ton of experience with pricing, but I felt his was very fair. He also has a very nice and conscientious apprentice. Would definitely recommend.

I was able to get an appointment right away which I'm so thankful for because the other companies i called throughout the area there appointment times were 2 weeks out with a ridulious amount of money for inspection. Sagan got me in right away and were very affordable . They answered all my questions and I didn't feel as if they were being rushed they gave us there time and above all the work was done well. They did maintenance work and they also helped us with balancing air flow throughout the house my sons room was extremely hot before and thanks to Sagan my sons room is now very comfortable to be in. I was quoted 350 for installation on air ducts (Fair Pricing) however when they came in to check (the attic area) they were honest and said the ducts were there and they just balance the air so they lowered the price to 100. So I feel as if they can be trusted with any of our air-conditioning needs they showed me that there integrity mattered. I recommend this professional and honest company. Thank you Sagan 😊
