I was in a jam where my dryer was actually a fire hazard, because my dryer is located inside my house and not the garage it needed immediate attention. Explaing my situation to Justin he made time the same day I called him to come to my house and fix my dryer and vent situation. Both Justin and his nephew were very professional very knowledgeable and they wanted to make sure my dryer situation was safe for me and my family. Big thanks to both of them!

Justin did an amazing job cleaning the dryer vent and everything associated with it! Since it was in a poor state of neglect, there was a lot of, um, cleaning out to be done…🥴 My clothes, the dryer, and I, are much happier now, and very appreciative of Justin and his helpful assistant. Justin cleaned the dryer vent and later installed the correct vent to replace the one the installers put when I bought my washer and dryer. OUTSTANDING job: very professional, clean, and punctual. I cannot say enough good things about SAFEHOUSE DRYER VENT CLEANING. I saw an immediate improvement in my dryer’s performance; I will definitely use his services in the future to maintain the vents clean and safe.

Excellent experience with this establishment. They were able to come out day-of and do a full vent and dryer cleaning, along with safety assessment. Justin was very professional and informative. We will be calling them again when it's time for routine maintenance. Highly recommend!
Justin came to home to clean out the dryer vent. I watched him as he worked and he had the right tools to blow out lint and dust. He did a great job cleaning up and gave me some good advice about my washer and dryer. I will call him again if I feel the need for his service again.

Needed my dryer vent cleaned out and Justin went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleared out. He even cleans your dryer! He didn’t like how I had installed my dryer vent hose (it was basically squished behind my dryer and the wall in a tiny space) he initiated the swap out for a new hose and now the dryer has better air output. Professional and great communication. Plus he was right on time! I will definitely have this done every year by Justin. Highly recommend!
We hired Justin to clean our dryer vent. Our house is 6 years old but he found quite a lot of issues, proving this sort of work needs to be done on a regular basis. He was very thorough and found a fire risk inside the dryer itself. He even took flow measurements to show the before/after improvement. Will definitely recommend and use his services again in the future.
