After receiving multiple quotes from "corporate" companies about replacing our furance and air conditioner, we were left feeling defeated. We had no idea how we were going to replace our system. We were just going to go without central air, and use window units. Then we were referred to James with S&S HVAC. From the very first call James was great. James quoted us a fair and reasonable price that beat the other quotes we received. He was professional and informative, explaining everything that we needed. On install day James showed up on time and was ready to go. James worked effiently, and again was very imforative explaining everything to my husband. I will recommend James to everyone who needs their furnance or ac replaced/fixed. I could go on and on about the top notch service we received, but we would be here for hours. The last thing I do want to say is not only would I recommend James for the quality of service he provides, but also because he is not a big "corporate" company that has some CEO sitting behind a desk getting rich. He is a local guy who works hard everyday running his business to support his family.

I was recommended to James with S&S HVAC from a co-worker. I had called several other “corporate” HVAC companies prior to reaching out to James, in which I was met with hold times, transfers and sales pitches. We were looking to replace our Furnace and just needed an honest quote for the cost. Not only was James kind and understanding of our situation, he was also extremely fair with his estimate. James came out and gave an explanation of what he thought needed done and an estimate which was exactly what it cost. He scheduled an installation date that worked for us and did a great job of replacing our old furnace and A/C. Professional, friendly, affordably, and knowledgeable.
