Just move 2 wks. ago to Siloam Springs and air conditioner went on the fritz in this hot, humid weather. Steve came out first thing this morning and got it up and running in no time. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and affordable.

We only had a system check-up, so I can't report on any major work. But they were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, good at explaining what they saw, and charged a very fair price. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. I would have no hesitation calling them for future work, or for our next check-up.
They have have done many of services for us and will go above and beyond for you and your family. We highly recommend them and consider them family. Stephen is very reasonable and stands behind his work !! Love this family.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air, our house got up to 101 degrees, which made for 6 miserable kids, and 3 frantic adults. We didn't have a CLUE who to call, after an hour of reading online reviews, we called S&S around 8:45pm on Friday night. By 9:15pm, our AC was blowing COLD AIR! (that included drive time!).. He had the part with him for our 14 year old AC (we were pleasantly surprised there was no mention of needing to replace the unit -- just yet!.. For anyone worried, like we were, about service professionals being dishonest, trying to sell you something you don't need).. For a Friday night, it was much faster, and cheaper, than I had anticipated ($229 total for the part and labor, not bad at all for a weekend night)!!.... My son said he was very nice, polite, and took Covid-safety precautions too! S&S Heating and Air literally saved our lives, and sanity! My kids actually called him a hero!

Polite, prompt and professional, these guys are the real deal! They really helped me out big-time! On my birthday I was going to have to get a hotel for a few days to escape the heat, but these guys came thru from 2 hours away and fixed the problem in a hurry. Would recommend.
Time of call to functioning air in less than an hour. All on a Sunday. More than fair price with professional and knowledgeable staff. Very impressed. Will use for all future heating and air needs.
I called Scott at S&S Heating and Air on a Sunday afternoon for a quote to replace a furnace. He met me the same afternoon to look at the old unit and replaced it just a few days later. Scott is honest and provided timely service.

Very honest repairman highly recommend!!! Furnace only needed a fuse replaced. He replaced it for no charge. I had no idea what was wrong and he could have replaced a ton of parts with me being none the wiser.

Woke up on Saturday morning to a cold house. Scott was there the same day, I got an estimate first thing Monday morning, and had a new furnace and AC unit before lunch on Tuesday.
When we called Scott Congrove from S&S Heating and Air, he was at our house within the hour. He installed a new air unit the next day. He went beyond the extra mile in servicing us . We are very pleased with his professionalism. Thank you Scott. Susan and Steve Hager
We've worked with Scott on several occasions. He is a down to earth guy with a quality work ethic. The best part is they don't charge extra to come out on a weekend or after hours!
