S & R Heating installed a new Heil furnace and A/C unit in my home in April 2022. Their initial quote was extremely thorough, providing several upgrades as part of their base price for little or no cost. These upgrades included oversized duct connections to the furnace, an expanded high efficiency filter section, and new thermostat install. The work crew laid down tarps to protect the carpeted floor, and kept the area very clean thru the whole process. The install was completed on schedule, and equipment start-up went smoothly. The crew was most knowledgeable and professional! I would not hesitate to use S & R Heating again for any HVAC or water system issue. I will also eagerly recommend them to my neighbors. Rich B.
Our water heater developed a crack and was leaking. After making several phone calls to other recommended companies, and being told it would be 5-7 days before they could come out, a friend pointed out S & R. They were receptive on the phone, came out that day to inspect, and were able to get us another heater immediately, installed it in a couple of hours, and the price was very reasonable. And NO emergency mark up fee!! We are so impressed with their response, professionalism, and reasonable rate that we will use them for all our plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs in the future... including a replacement of our old furnace soon!!

Responded same day during heat wave. My ac had a special variable speed motor, they found it and had it installed within 24 hours, good local business. Very personable people.
Greg was exceptional and extremely knowledgeable. I was recommended to this crew and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were patient, answered all my questions, and took care of my AC and furnace like their own. They are well versed in all things HVAC design and install, which is hard to find.
We had to reconfigure our hydronic baseboard heat in our master bedroom as we were adding in an 8-foot sliding door. To accommodate the new door, we had to remove 8-feet of the existing 16-foot baseboard along that wall, and had very little remaining wall space along which to add back in the 8-feet. We contacted three different heating companies, and were impressed with Paul and Greg from S&R from the start. They worked hard with us to design a new configuration that would provide enough heat as well as meet our needs for the bedroom layout. We signed a contract with S&R, and couldn't be happier that we did. The first thing they did when they entered our home to install the new baseboard heat was they slipped on their indoor cloth boots. Next, they spread drop cloths throughout the upper level of our home where the work was being done. The technical aspects -- drilling through the floor and joists, cutting and fitting the copper pipe, adding in the valves and baseboard units, testing and bleeding the system at the conclusion of the work, was all done in a timely manner per what they had quoted. The new baseboard heaters look great and perform nicely. After all work had been completed and tested, they left our home at least as clean as when they started. Paul and Greg have decades' worth of experience, and it was evident throughout the process from start to finish. We highly recommend them.
They were suppose to be early our house at 4, 4:25 after I called and no one returned my call. Left at 5:10 and no show no call. Wont be using there service.
Home warranty of America hooked me up with S&R heating. Amazing Amazing Amazing. Can't say enough good things about Greg took care of the problem with my hydronic heating. Will definitely use them again !
Not one to write reviews but after MULTIPLE attempts of having this company come out a second to fix the first problem with our furnace I have finally had enough. Our first experience with this company was phenomenal! But after the problem occurred again the service provider came out and honestly didn’t know what was wrong with our furnace. He told he was going to contact technical support and try to figure out what was going on. Going on 2 weeks now and No one has come out or has even called us back. Someone was supposed to show up today but once again no call no show. We called the answering service and they were HORRIBLY rude! Please don’t waste your time with this company they do not deserve anyones business.

Paul is a great guy. I've been working with him for the past two years and he is very knowledgeable about heating and cooling, and he's been in business 20+ years! Highly recommend, extremely professional, cost effective and timely!
I talked to this company on Tuesday morning and they told me they would have someone out by the end of the week. I had to call on Thursday afternoon to find out when they would come. They then told me Friday at 1:00 they would be there. At 2:30 on Friday they finally called me and said there to busy and to find someone else. The temp in my house dropped to 60 degrees and I have a newborn. This company is a joke and should really be more professional and not waste people's time. I would never recommend them to anyone.
One Very Interesting organizations near my home. The staff is dedicated the craft of temperature control. The Haus I built on the hill requires a real eye and ability to master so I called on the experts who serviced the foundation of the thermostat in what I call a pronto Tonto work order. 5 Stars
