Charged me $400 for freon and three months later it ran our because the technician left the valve open. Don't use!!!

They provided us with the best quote. The installation team, Miguel and Barbaro, did an exceptional job. Miguel demonstrated years of experience and knowledge in his field. Not only was he fast and efficient in his work, but he also paid attention to the details and made an effort to do everything in the most efficient way possible. We were impressed by his dedication and professionalism. Furthermore, both Miguel and Barbaro were extremely respectful throughout the entire process. They made sure to protect the work area and left the place spotless when they finished. It was evident that they cared about their work and customer satisfaction. I can't say enough good things about Gerald. About 5 years ago, my new AC broke the day I got home with my newborn from the Hospital. He was there in 15 minutes and had it fixed. For this reason, I called Gerald yesterday when my 2 AC units stops blowing cold air in my new house. Gerald was there in less than an hour and saved me a ton of money and hassle dealing with an emergency AC company who tried to scam me out of $2,300 and wasted $200 on diagnostic that turned out to be incorrect. Gerald is dependable, honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. Hard to find people like Gerald these days....

Gerald from SOS was great from start to finish. I was able to set up a consult appointment very quickly and my new AC was installed a week later. He answered all of my questions and responded to texts/emails very quickly. The workmen who installed the AC were very professional and left their work area spotless. I will absolutely be utilizing their services in the future!

Gerald is so trustworthy and honest. SOS is my go to AC company. Gerald even helped me when an insulation company was trying to upsell me for something I did not need. He also warned me of some AC fixes I would need to plan for in the future. He promptly fixed my unit and is always available for questions.

I’ve been using SOS AC for several years now, and am always completely satisfied with their service! Gerald the owner, is professional, timely, reasonable, and provides top quality service and product! My most recent use of SOS was replacing my AC unit. Wow...just Wow!! Seamless process! The installation was smooth and the best part was that they left no mess!! It was like they were never there and I have a beautiful new AC unit!! Cooling in style! One other thing I wanted to mention is that, Gerald is super honest. He had even guided me over the phone with things to do to avoid a service call! Highly recommend SOS for all your AC needs!
I have known Gerald for several years. Since we purchased our home in 2015, he has been our a/c service guy. When it was time to purchase a new unit, it was a no brainer to use his company.
