S&N came recommended to us by a neighbor that used S&N in the past and is planning to use them in the future. We had already had a couple bad experiences with HVAC companies when our gas line sprung a leak and our old furnace was shut down by Xcel until it could be replaced. Shane came out the next day for a quote assessment, ran through options and explained the logic behind them. His quote came in thousands less than the others we received. We accepted and Shane could not have been more helpful and professional. He was shorthanded at the time and put in extra effort himself to make sure we were up and running as soon as possible. While I felt bad to be bothering him while working, I couldn't help but continue talking to him during his work because he is so professional and informative about everything going on. As a relatively handy person I love to know as much as possible about things I can fix and control around the house and knowing when to draw the line and let professionals take over. Shane never stopped answering questions and explaining our system. Hopefully won't be in need of HVAC services for a good while, but if we are we know who we'll be contacting.
Shane was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem (which contractors from another company had missed), clearly explained what it would take to fix the issue, and was professional throughout the visit. The pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend these guys.
We needed AC installed and a swamp cooler removed. S+N Mechanical had the lowest of four estimates for the work. Shane was really nice, super-informative, and most importantly easy to get a hold of when we had a question. I would recommend them to everyone and would work with them again.
We can't recommend S&N mechanical enough! Shane did several different projects for us, including moving vents and installing a new return. He was professional and very friendly, the work was done quickly and very well, and the cost was extremely reasonable. Shane was responsive and communicative the whole time and explained everything we needed to know. We're very glad we went with S&N and will absolutely hire them for future projects.
I called in and needed service in my furnace and they said they would call me back—which they never did! When I called them later that afternoon they did not apologize but informed me that they only had emergency service and I , by then, had already found a hvac person to take care of my problem. Do not call this business if you want or need a response!!!
Expert service; quickly identified problem with humidistat and got heater back on line in one visit. Also did additional clean-up and maintenance on the furnace. Highly recommended!
