I am always anxious to hire contractors, as I find that most overcharge and try to upsell things that are not really needed, and I'm frankly tired of feeling like I'm getting ripped off. I hired S&D to clean my hvac systems and drier vent and I could.not have been happier with their service. I would absolutely recommend their business. Sergio and his team provided very fair pricing, they were extremely courteous and polite, showed up at promptly the time they said they would, and they literally left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived. I wish all contractors were this honest and fair. Thank you S&D and Sergio. Side note: before hiring S&D, I had called a larger competitor that was going to charge $200.00 just to come do an estimate. I am so happy I decided to call other companies and find S&D. This is a real and honest review by a New Brunswick, NJ resident and I hope this review helps to prevent people from getting ripped off by dishonest contractors. I know I am tired of getting ripped off, listening to pushy sales tactics, and reading fake reviews that are paid for.
My A/C central unit was diagnosed "dead" needing a furnace replacement costing me $6000. I looked for a second opinion and found Sergio with S&D Maintenance, He looked into the furnace and told me he could repair it and within 40 mins he changed some parts and had my A/C unit up and running!!!! I would give S&D Maintenance 10 starts if there was an option, I highly recommend their services Thanks Sergio for your work and honesty, with the money saved I will be vacationing to Mexico with my daughter this summer :)

I contacted Sergio in desperation after our tenant's heating was not working based on his positive Google reviews. No other company could come out the same day to figure out the issue. However, Sergio came that same night to provide me with a quote, and repaired the heating system early the next morning. He was extremely professional, responsive, and reputable. His prices were fair and I would recommend his team to anyone! I will gladly be using his services in the future!

SERGIO is the most professional technician I ever worked with, and he provided the best repair experience I ever had. He answered my call right away and came to my home the next day. in less than 5 min, SERGIO located the issue parts. and in less than 30 min, he completed repair of 2 HVAC units. if you are in NJ area and have any HVAC issue, SERGIO is teh name you must call. you wont regret!!!!

This review is for the impeccable service Sergio has provided my family in time of uncertainty. I reached out to many companies and no one had time to visit my house for the A.C unit problem the same day. And then, SERGIO answered my phone call and came right away in 30 min. He found out the problem and informed me he will be coming the next day at 8 am to solve the issue. He was outside my door at sharp 8 and was done by 8:30 AM. Excellent prices and an honest man to work with. This is the guy you want in Central Jersey when you have any issues! God Bless!

Sergio and team were very prompt in responding to an issue related to HVAC that they have installed 3 years ago! It was an awesome experience of professionals promptly responding to our phone calls and eventually replacing a part that was faulty. Although, we did not have any records handily available; they let us know that the service is part of the warranty and we were not responsible for any payment!
Sergio and his team did an excellent job in with my struggling heating system. They didn't leave until they found the problem. They were down to business and didn't make unfounded guesses. Very reasonable prices.
