We Have used them multiple times for our rental properties as well as our own and recommend them to family and friends all the time. We get appointments scheduled in very fast especially when it’s way too hot not to have your AC running. We’ve even had them replace a 20 year old AC fast and worked around our tenants schedules. They gave us a great deal and great warranty with it too we even compared them to a few other companies for the replacement and couldn’t be beat.
I have Used Ryder Refridgeration for multiple years! I can’t believe I haven’t done a review yet. Torin and Ashley are very great people who I now consider friends even though I only see them once a year or so for Maintainance. A few years back on my previous home they had to replace the entire A/C system because it finally gave and they explained everything with pictures and videos and made sure we were covered with a 10yr warranty. Every time anyone I know has A/C issues I always without hesitation tell them to call Torin and Ashley. Very respectful and always go extremely out of their way to make sure the customer is taken care of and never overpriced.
You cant do any better than Ashley and Toren, I have used Ryder for years, honest, reliable and go out of their way for their customers. Very knowledgable and professional
Stay far far away---two very bad experiences. Misdiagnosed washing machine. It was only making pump noise, but worked fine. Replaced one pump, then a second pump, then a few days later when washer would not drain at all came back and fried the main board. Note to repairman, you can't press buttons over and over and over without heating things up. Warranty company ended up replacing whole washer. Spent more time in laundry mat than anyone deserves. Had a second repair on my stove they were supposed to do, but never came back to complete the second repair. Can't blame them, I 'd be embarrassed too.
I was referred to Ryder Refrigeration by my home warranty after the originally assigned vendor never contacted me or answered my calls. From the moment I talked with them, they were amazing! They made an appointment to come long at my washer the following day and arrived within the promised time frame and did a quick job of diagnosing the problem and explaining the issue. Unfortunately, it looks like my washer needs to be replaced but I would definitely use them again and they will now be my requested vendor for any further issues I might have at my home. Courteous, fast, reliable, knowledgeable, and professional.
I can’t give 10 stars on here unfortunately (which is more than deserved) but I can tell you that I will use this company again and again! I can’t rave enough how amazing Ashlie was with helping me to try and troubleshoot before coming out. She not only came out immediately but on a Friday evening as well and made sure to get the problem fixed so we weren’t left with no air through the weekend. Great service and just great people!!
Torin was very professional, A/C unit stopped working house reached 90°, HWA couldn't find anyone who could executed an emergency service call, Amy called and stated Torin was enroute 3hrs sooner than HWA told me. He showed me the culprit and everything else he performed, this is how family businesses conducts themselves. Will be utilizing Ryder Refrigeration for all future services and maintenance. Have worked with Ryder refrigeration for quite sometime on business and home. Torin is punctual, fixes right first time, is fair and honest. I never call anyone else. 5 STARS.
I have had to use Ryder on 3 seperate occations and they have always been on time, friendly, willing to explain every part that needs to be replaced and why. They are very expierenced with everything they are doing and it shows in their work and the conversations they have with you. They are the type of company that make you feel safe and comfortable when you might have to spend a good chunck of change knowing they will do everything they can to save you money and not take advantage of you and that is hard to come by nowadays!!

Great service...got to me promptly and did an excellent job! When the job was done it was MUCH cheaper than other companies quoted me. I have already referred them to friends and family. zero complaints here.

I realized on a Sunday Night that my fridge was climbing in temperature. By late Monday afternoon, I had a full on catastrophe on my hands. They worked their schedule and asked what was the earliest they could show up in the morning. They were completely comfortable with 630 am. He had my issue diagnosed, part ordered and temporarily working until they could install the next day. I couldn't have asked for a faster turn time, and reliable service. Kudos to this crew. Should my therma-thinga-bobby break again. I know exactly who to call.
Fair pricing, extremely thorough and works with a vigorous pace. Extremely knowledgeable and will work on anything you can think of. And impressivley fix it properly. Highly recommend to everyone I know looking for service.

Our A/C went out last night and we called many places, but everywhere wanted us to wait until Monday for them to come out. We called Ryder and they came out within the hour and then got the part for us and fixed the problem. We are very happy to have our A/C up and running again, and will recommend them to anyone! I contacted my home warranty company on a Sunday as my a/c died. They tried many companies and finally got ahold of Ryder Refrigeration. Bless their hearts, Torin came out to service my a/c when it was around 115 degrees on a Sunday afternoon. He was so kind, caring and considerate of my needs. Then Ashlie in the office had to get involved as this was all going thru my home warranty. She didn't hesitate at all and jumped right in getting in touch and pulling teeth with my home warranty. She fights for the rights of the customer and doesn't give up until she wins. She is definately on your side and works with you on the scheduling and costs. What a great team her and Torin make. I highly recommend this company for any service needs that you might have that they can fix. They will get the job done right!
After going through a nightmare of someone taking my money and ran and no cold air Ryder stepped up to take care of the situation that same day! I called other companies and the closest for someone to come was three days! I highly recomend this company to all my friends! You can't get great customer service like them anymore. I am very happy with their sevice!
