So my ac died. My normal guy had an illness in the family and couldn't help. My coworkers gave me a referral and I called him. He said the compressor was shot, the coils needed replacing and quoted 6K to replace just that or 9K to replace the entire thing. Whenever I get a estimate for that kind of money, I always get a second opinion. One of my clients with a bunch of rental properties uses Ryan's so I gave him a call. He got us back up and running for $200 by changing a capacitor and replacing some wires. He said the compressor is going but should work for another year or so and said when we want to replace the system he gave me estimates significantly lower than the other guy. The really weird thing is the is the second time that this has happened to me in 3 years. Next time I have an AC problem I am going to call Ryan's.
Ryan is fantastic! He is our go-to guy for all things AC and heater related. He is super knowledgeable and his prices are very reasonable. He is very honest - he only does what needs to be done (unlike many other AC companies!). He has come out same-day or next-day to help us with AC issues. He does our preventive maintenance. Most recently he replaced our upstairs AC (condenser and evaporator). Love this guy! He’s the best!!!
If you want your AC repaired accurately and at a good price call Mr. Ryan day or night.
I rarely leave reviews but I have been so pleased with Ryan’s A/C that I wanted to contribute to his already glowing reviews. Ryan helped diagnose a very tricky problem with our upstairs AC unit in the heat of the summer which required multiple home visits and ultimately a replacement unit. Ryan tried the most cost effective solutions (which we greatly appreciated) before we decided to scrap the whole unit and install another. He was very responsive each time we called and has since come out for general maintenance once or twice and is always prompt and professional. His prices are very reasonable and we trust his advice completely. Cannot recommend him enough!
Ryan has always pulled through to get my hvac system up and going again. I can't say enough good things about the guy and the company he runs. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else.
We have utilized Ryan on two different occasions over the past five years. He is honest, hard-working, Communicative, and very reliable. I would not call anybody else to service our AC. He was recommended to us by a friend who manages properties for an investor and has used him frequently. Ryan has a plethora of experience and will get the job done timely, efficiently, and honestly.

This is the 3rd time I've called him out to my house and I'll continue to refer him to all of me family and friends. Today I noticed my house wasn't cooling well and he showed me what the problem was and rather than charging me for the simple fix he showed me how to do it myself and it was done in 10 minutes. Honest business is not common these days and Ryans AC is top notch. 👍
Ryan came out to the house and discovered a burnt breaker fuse. He then said the cost of the part would be $80 which was fine. The cost to install the part was going to be $230. This was outrageous since it was very easy to install. I just paid him for the part and diagnostic at $100 which is great. I just don't appreciate his intent to rip someone off for another $130 bucks.

Called Ryan's AC because our heat was out and of course it dropped to 50 degrees today. He said he couldn't do it today and that he'd be out tomorrow. he might try to get by to see it later today if he could. I didn't tell him we have an 80 year old living with us because I didn't want to be that guy always wanting special treatment. We have a small space heater and I know everyone is a priority. In any event, they made it out to the house around mid afternoon. They inspected the unit and found that the heater blower and capacitor were burnt up. $450. I expected to hear a long sales pitch about how the whole unit needed to be replaced and how he recommended all these upgrades. Oddly enough, we had another company come out to do an annual maintenance and inspection for $70 just two months ago roughly. So much for that! Ryan's took care of us quickly, fairly, and reasonably priced. The service tech also took his shoes off every time he came in and inspected all of the vents for air flow. He couldn't reconnect our two ducts at that time (he had another priority call), but we knew two of the ducts were off and didn't expect them to handle that. He got the unit working and now we have heat. The temp has dropped to 40 degrees outside so we're extra thankful they made it happen. And, as local small business owners of a feed store and gun store, we were extra happy to use a Tomball company and keep our money local. Glad to see good, honest, professional work.

So grateful that my friend and neighbor recommended us to Ryan's AC & Heating. I have dealt with many AC services in the past and they have always given me different descriptions of what is wrong with my AC and wanted so much money it seemed suspicious. Ryan was incredibly professional, honest and trustworthy and gave us a very competitive quote that we couldn't refuse. He operates his business with integrity and every review we have read says the same! We highly recommend his services as we are officially lifetime customers ourselves now.
Ryan came out last December during a freeze, my furnace went out. Called two other companies and was told I needed new furnace and quoted over $3k. Ryan found the problem in 10 min. at 9pm at night. All covered for just his service call and a $30 part. Slept warm! Awesome Job, friendly , professional, and honest. Fast forward to last week my a/c was not working . He said he couldn't make it out till the following day in the P.M. So over the phone he assisted me to get my condenser fan working again!!I slept cool that night and the wife was happy which makes us all happy! We will be replacing the whole system soon and I with out question we will be using Ryan's A/C. He is top notch and honest, a rarity in the service industry. Thanks Ryan
Ryan came out last night to fix our A/C. Extremely fast, professional and courteous. Quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone and suggested I wait to save money on the late night call-out, but came out regardless and had me up and running in less than 10 minutes. Very professional. I will use them again for any issues that arise based on fantastic service and utmost professionalism.
Amazing service and great price had a seasons AC tech out an hour before told me the whole furnace needed to be replaced Ryan's tech found the real issue my dog chewed up an outside wire.

Called Ryan to have a heating and cooling checkup on my residential system on a Saturday. Ryan personally answered the phone and I told him what was needed and said there was no rush. The appointment was set up for the following Monday at 10. Ryan showed up a few minutes early and did a detailed and through check,tested every component and adjusted any that needed adjusting. The Freon was a bit low, so he added a few pounds. Complete start to finish time was just a hair over an hour. When he provided the total cost, i was delighted to see how reasonable he was. Great service, excellent knowledge, on time arrival and he and took time to explain everything he was doing , plus he cleaned up as he worked. Can not say enough nice things about this professional person and his company.
In the dead of the summer we had my husbands family in from out of town. We called Ryan and he was at our home within the hour. He fixed our problem and he had excellent rates. Very professional and super nice guy.
