Mitchell was amazing and he was our technician but isn’t listed as a choice. The whole team was great, and did a superb job. Mitchell came back as planned the second day and tweaked everything to perfection. It works as promised. Quiet, consistent cooling, and seems like the air is cleaner. Very happy customers.

I drive to here to get my dear mother's window A/C fixed. Do not blow cold at all. They say open on Google but noone answered door, no sign, door locked, try go inside but no way in. Everything lock and no one there. Why you say opend but not really? I waste lot gas and time. I think this not a store just a house someone live in. Call me please.

Evan was very professional and answered any questions I had. He explained all he was doing and also recommended switch so system wouldn't freeze up.He also switched out my old filter.

I received same-day service and John Lewis was extremely professional and thoroughly explained everything he did. He stayed as long as it took to make sure my system was cooling properly. I will definitely call them again whenever I have another issue with HVAC.
This is a great company!! Mitchell, Evan, and John installed my new HVAC system and they did an excellent job and went above and beyond! Helped me find the best value and acquire the financing! Mitchell came out on Friday, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, came back on Monday and installed the parts. Very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Evin was very nice and professional, thorough. He explained everything about the switch for the water drain.....that should have been put on BEFORE the last stop-up that leaked over into my bathroom, harming my furnace. Now there is rust and damage. Why didn't John mention this when he did this when he came to fix the spill-over of my water tray a few months ago. Why wasn't it installed or mentioned that I needed it when the furnace was installed in 2016? If I remember correctly, that was one of the reasons I needed to purchase a new furnace then, as I had this issue before.

I got home from vacation and saw some water in front of my furnace in the basement and with a short window, they came out and Evan helped me out and even coached me on some things to get the most out of my unit. Love these guys!!! They have always been super helpful and knowledgeable!!
