Nick is a small independent contractor and as such I could tell he genuinely cares and takes pride in his work. I also feel he's very honest and I highly recommend him. His wife handles all the booking of appointments and is very nice and pleasant to talk to. They will always be the first place I call when my AC or furnace need checking or repairs.
Amazing company , will always go to them for any issues with heating or cooling ! Highly recommend!

My ac stopped working for two days when it was 112 out. On the second day, I called them in the mid afternoon and they were able to send someone that day between 6-9pm. Nick came between 5:30 and 6 and was done before 6:30. and was able to get my ac working very quickly!! He made me aware of some other issues but didn’t pressure me to get them fixed all at once. He was amazing and it was a very good experience
Our A/C went out on a Sunday afternoon the day before Memorial Day! It was supposed to be 115 on memorial day so we were stressing to say the least and did not expect someone to be able to come out on a Holiday.. They contacted us as soon as they received a request, they happened to have a cancelation and were able to come right away, on memorial day! Within about an hr of them receiving the request, our AC was fixed... Very happy would be putting it lightly!

Omg!! Really real good, I'm sorry, really Great!!! Service here! Came days earlier then scheduled, on a weekend mind you!, because he took time off his end of the day, to handle one more non scheduled appointment, it was 110 degress.. just straight took over and went in game mode and head down and walked back and fourth around my home to ac unit I till he found problem! Persistent, fast, cool, professional, real person, and didn't take up any of your time! Call them!!!! I promise u will be pleased! Hard to trust and feel safe letting someone into your home! But I approve..I hope this helped some people...

My AC unit went out when it was 100 degrees and it's supposed to be 100+ this entire upcoming week! Nick came out the very next day and fixed it really quickly and it works again! Awesome guy awesome company! A++++
Having issues with downstairs a/c not working and wanted the unit to get a check up since it has not been done for few years and not sure if furnace has a filter that needed replacement. Nick did the diagnostic checks and found out it was just some broken wires in the downstairs panel. Also found out unit does not have a filter in furnace and gave us tips to keep unit running efficiently and explained units overall status and was at a VERY reasonable price. Thank nick and also Brittany who was very knowledgeable and curtious over the phone.

Chris came out fixed our AC during a literal record heatwave .... He was fast, efficient , polite and answered all my questions... He is just the best!!
A Big THANK YOU to Russell Heating & Air Conditioning! Our A/C was not blowing out cold air and it was over 100 degrees outside, 87 inside. The team at Russell Heating & Air was was able to schedule an appointment for the same day and quickly identify the issue, give an estimate and do the work. More details: Brittany answered my call and was friendly and listened patiently while I described our A/C problem. She was able to find a time slot for us for the same day. When they were done early with another appointment, Nick called me to see if he could come earlier, which I immediately agreed to! When they arrived, Nick and Chris were friendly, efficient and answered all my questions. (And believe me, I ask A LOT of questions) They were also upfront with costs, and were very reasonable! Thank you to Brittany, Nick and Chris for making our house livable again!
Russell Heating and Air has completed several jobs for me. I have also recommended Russell HVAC to other people. Nick Russell, Nate Lewis, Brittany and the crew do a terrific job! I highly recommend them!
