I received 5-Star outstanding customer service from this company from the start to the finish of my service call. To begin with, I was thrilled that the owner, Joseph automatically contacted me by both phone and then text message when I had missed their call because I was working. He is such a sweetheart! He was super professional and made sure to confirm when I was available for my AC check up appointment. As it turns out I actually needed to reschedule to an earlier time. Much to my happiness they were flexible and easily accommodated my request. Today when my technician Kiah arrived at my home he called to let me know when he was outside in my driveway. The first thing I noticed about him was his respectful, polite and friendly smiling, face. He was on time and patiently explained everything related to my service call. In addition, he was super helpful and through while taking a look at my system. even saw him taking notes as well. I will definitely use this company again and again. I do highly recommend you give them a try and you will not be disappointed!

Joe is always willing to help and never looks to overcharge us. He is honest and does great work. We have never been disappointed with Joe's work and we have 127 units that we manage. He is always our first call if our tenants have HVAC issues.
Showed up on time. Owner, Joe has many years HVAC experience. Tuned up both our homes furnaces, and recommended a quite reasonably priced repair on a rusted part. Our second home he stated something needed replaced but could wait for future.. honest.. Highly recommend!!

I have had Rushing HVAC service my equipment for a few years now. I have been in construction my whole life and work as a master electrician. One thing I have learned is that with proper maintenance can extend the life of equipment preventing costly repairs from premature failures. That's where Joe comes in, he's very honest and hard working. He will not suggest a repair if it is not needed. He honestly knows my equipment and system better than I do. He also replaced my hot water heater with a tankless water heater, which has saved me money and square footage. Joe is very trustworthy.
Rushing was honest and fair in their assessment of my issue, fixed it promptly, cleaned up after they finished. How they conduct their business is powerful-it's not something I find often enough these days.
