Called them to turn on my air conditioner. I wanted to know what condition it was in since we just bought the house. When I called he said he had an available appointment between 10am and 12pm for 04/05/21. I agreed and T the end of the call he said ok I’m scheduled for 04/05/21 between 12 pm and 2 pm. I was confused but just figured I heard him wrong. I called to verify the time and he said 04/05/21 between 12pm and 2 pm. On 04/05/21 he showed up at 9am. Nobody was home and I didn’t get the ring notification in time. After multiple calls he finally answers and tells me he had me scheduled between 8 am and 10am. I asked him if he could come at the time we had scheduled and he said no cause he had other appointments. Ended up calling someone else to come the next day.
Been using them for over 10 years, punctual, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
My HVAC started pouring water down onto my roof and everywhere I was calling said the closest appointment they had was in 2-3 days. I called Rush maintenance and they said they could be there within an hour, showed up in 30 minutes, and fixed the leak in less than 20 minutes. Great service, fast response times, and very affordable prices.

I live out of town but care for my elderly aunt in El Paso. Her air conditioner needed service in the middle of summer. Kelly went to check it out right away and said it could not be serviced. He replaced the old rusted unit with a new one. The job was done in no time. My aunt is now comfortable in her cool home. Thank you Kelly for doing a great job. The price was affordable also. Im so thankful I found Rush Maintenance!

First off, I called three other establishments and couldn't get anybody to pick up a phone, and this was during listed business hours. Rush Maintenance was the only one to answer the phone, hence they got my business. Quality service, very professional. Worked quickly, fully explained the mechanisms of the heater, why it was malfunctioning, and they were reasonably priced. These folks will be my go-to for future heating and cooling needs.

I woke up to a float that wasn't working. They came quickly and fixed the problem. Mr Rush has always been helpful. Today it was an emergency and he came through.
They were prompt and professional my water pump went out because the wiring was messed up at my house that I’ve lived in for 11 years. I had a thermostat with the wrong gauge wiring and improper wiring too. Rush replaced the wiring and installed the thermostat downstairs because it used to be upstairs which was also a hassle. I am very satisfied they did everything they said at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
Our roof is extremely steep. 6 contractors refused to service our evaporative air unit and Rush Heating got the job done for a reasonable price. Thank you! Definitely recommended
