I was looking for a refrigerator repair person (intermittent water leak onto a hardwood floors), and Ronnie answered and patiently helped me right away. I described what the issue was and he immediately told me the problem, what the fix required, the time needed, and the cost (said he’d seen and fixed many). He was so absolutely honest and kind. While he said he could get to me in a couple days (which would have been amazing), he referred to to another repair person who could get to me first thing in the morning. So I got not only honest, truthful, and helpful, I also got considerate!! He was worried for my floors and found someone to help me even faster than he could have! Then, to beat all that, the person he referred me to was equally kind and helpful (I’ll be leaving him a review in the morning!!). This is the real deal folks. To describe him as honest and professional does not do this gentleman justice.

We tried to fix our Samsung refrigerator but to no avail. We called Samsung and they wanted $175 just to come to our house and another $300 to fix it. We of course said no! We called RSC and Ronnie was able to come out within a few days. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part and even came out the very next day. He fixed the fridge and instead of paying Samsung $500, we only had to pay Ronnie $240! He is a very knowledgeable and honest repairman and we highly recommend him!! Tip: don't every but a Samsung refridgerator. They are junk!!!

Excellent timely service! Our fridge control panel went out on a Mon AM. All commercial in home repair companies could not come until Wed to take a look. Ronnie was to my house Mon AM, got the board ordered and completley replaced by Tuesday. Couldnt have asked for better service. Nice, honest, reputable guy!
