Had a problem with my A/C not coming on... called Robert on a Saturday and he was here first thing Sunday morning, diagnosed the problem, did a temporary fix for the day, had a tech with the new part here on Monday morning, all fixed. Very reasonably priced as well. Would recommend RPM Heating and A/C to anyone.

I have 2 special needs kid, who will not stay covered up during the night. With this problem I need to atleast keep my home from being cold at night. I purchased a new heating and a/c system. After the install my heating system it never worked , after several calls and missed appointments the crew came back and said water got in my system from rain. My home has a new roof, and the old system never leaked. Now they are two busy to return and I am having to get another company to fix my system at my expense. The measure of a company is not, how well they do when thing are good but how well they do when problem arises! In my opinion go with a lager company even if it cost more. Service is the most important thing. Or you could be sorry I sure am.
My A/C was not working and I googled some companies close to my home. I look through their website, read the reviews and decided I'd give them a try. Since they had a way to schedule an appointment online, I chose that option. I scheduled the service call, received a text and an email saying that they would be at my house between 9:30AM and 10:30AM. When no one showed up by 10:30, I called to check on the status. I was in the middle of leaving a message when a nice woman picked up and said that she would call the technician and check on his status and call me back. It's been 2 hours since I spoke to her. I tried to call back but no response. I given up hope at this point of getting my A/C looked at or even repaired. Currently the temp inside my house is 83 degrees and climbing. Yesterday it got to 97 inside. I was willing to pay. Very, very , very disappointed. I would call around to another company.
Robert replaced an old air conditioner at my old house and added air conditioning to my current house, and he has serviced both units annually. He noticed that our house was not efficient in the way the air circulates and he added some return vents. Our air conditioner runs 25% less than it did before. RPM has fair prices, you get an honest assessment and estimate, and top notch quality work. I highly recommend RPM and will not use anyone else.
They help install my AC unit in attic. Give me huge extra space and better efficient system. Super professional and very informative! def recommend!
Rob, Tristen, and Trevor installed a new furnace, and central air. We could not be more pleased with the quality of there professional work ethic, and products they use. I can and will refer them for any future hvac needs.

Robert and his team replaced my upstairs condenser and heat unit approximately 18 months ago and did so timely and professionally. I had the job bid out by 3 other companies and thrilled I went with RPM. Less than a week ago, I reached back out to Robert to get a quote to replace the downstairs furnace and pleased to say the unit has already been installed. Same great service, responsive and professional. Highly recommend!
Robert and his team were awesome. They installed a complete HVAC system and did a great job. They were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable about the York system they installed and showed us how to operate the thermostat. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.
Robert came out and listened to what I wanted, then came in to do an inspection. After going through the house, he made a totally different recommendation than I expected. He explained that for all the issues I wanted to resolve, there was a simpler and cheaper way to resolve them. His suggestion was to move the system from the garage to the attic and to create returns in the rooms where we had the most problems. The other companies I had brought in to quote me, were more than happy to listen to me and give me what I wanted, but Robert suggested and gave me what I needed based on his experience and my lack of knowledge. The system came in at half the price as the others and is less complicated. They are very professional and do great work, and the pricing is super competitive too. Will definitely be using them for all future HVAC needs.

Robert and Tristen did an excellent job !! We had them move our condenser to a new location and a replace our system. They were professional plus protected the flooring and carpet in our home. Everything was cleaned up and removed. We are totally satisfied with the service ! We would not hesitate to recommend and or use them again.

We used RPM for both of our HVAC units that were at the end of their lifespan. We didn't bother to get other quotes on the second system because we already knew we would get a great price and they do excellent work. Do yourself a favor and support this small business!

Rob and his team did a complete replacement of our HVAC system. We were literally blown away by how much more powerful the air was coming out of our new vents after he replaced everything. He was knowledgeable, had great communication, respected our home and keep his job tidy the entire way. Oh and he gave us the best quote out of anyone.
