Himself and son showed up on time, let me say that again on time and in proper company attire, and less than 4hrs I had a whole new Hvac system running and was glad I found him, and now is a friend and client for life🙏🏽🙏🏽
Roys A/C and Heating were very professional and courteous. I can tell they are very passionate about their work. They communicated and informed me by video of all that needed to get done and worked in a timely and efficient manner. I cannot recommend Roy's Air Conditioning & Heating enough! This family owned business was more than accommodating. From initial questions and consultation to communication, pricing, and scheduling. I have been meaning to replace my old A/C unit in preparation for Summer 2023 and these guys came through. I highly recommend!
Roy and his son did a full 4 ton unit install on my home and it was a flawless experience with them from start to finish. After using many huge Phoenix AC companies over the years, it was so refreshing to deal with Roy who is genuinely a nice and honest person. Highly recommended by our neighbors who had Roy's A/C replace two units. Roy & his son Nicholas did a great job with the install of a new unit, fixed some air leaks on my other unit. Kept me in the loop on arrival times, what they were doing, cleaned up the area after the install. Would highly recommended them, they know what they are doing, and very neat job !!
Roy and his son are awesome. A bigger company quoted me an outrageous price. Roy was able to beat the price by thousands. I will always use Roy, best price, polite, answered all my questions, completed an A/C and heater install in one day and replaced all items, so everything is brand new. 😀 I will always choose Roy and you should too.
Roys Air Conditioning and Heating is a very professional company. They show-up in the allotted time frame, they call in advance to give you an ETA to your place. The work is professionally done, with close attention to detail. And, what has helped me a lot, is the fact that if repairs are recommended / required for my 11 y/o A/C unit, they tell me what price I’m looking to spend for the part(s), if need be. Once the work is complete, they thoroughly explain what work was performed on the unit! I’ve been using this guy for the last 9 years and have always been happy with his work and professionalism. I would most definitely recommend Roys for anyone needing A/C repair & PM service.

Roy and his son were very professional. They explained everything thoroughly so that I understood everything they were doing before the part was replaced and after they replaced the part! I was very comfortable with them and they were very knowledgeable! Thank you!
Roy and his team were on-time, dressed professionally and were easy to communicate with. Instead of recommending an expensive fix for my airflow concern, they suggested we try a manual change of airflow by manipulating a couple different vents. The room that was once very warm in the Summer is much cooler and now my guests can be comfortable when visiting. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work and always do right by your customers and you’ll never be short on customers or need to advertise, Roy!

Roy and Nicholas are the best. I’ve had issues with my master bedroom not getting proper airflow for over a year. They came out and fixed it within minutes. I love these guys!
