Muy bueno muy amable precio muy razonable muy onesto
I called royalty on a very cold evening to fix my furnace. The respond time was very fast. Jonathan the owner came over and fix my unit. The price was very reasonable. Very happy with the services.

My very honest review for this company. Jonathon was quick when we called, he showed up quickly. He figured out problem in 2 mins and told us that our blower is gone for heater and that’s the reason that our heat is not working. He took $150 for this analysis which we paid him cash at same time. We asked him if blower is gone or just a motor... he mentioned complete blower and it would be costly like 620 or so with labour. We asked him to order for us quickly as it’s January and the coolest time of year. Next day, we started calling him around 10:00 and he was telling that he is busy as his wife got sick and he will call us back. In b/w, we searched for motor part which was about $150. We were thinking to order part through known person and get it fix by self but finally we called last time and said- his guy will come and fix it around 4:30. Guy came , changed the motor, and finally money part. We asked him, since it’s just motor changed which is around $150 plus your labour so approx maximum , you could charge $300, or $350 or $400... but he started saying that I have never seen customer like you.. you guys are this or blah blah... and he said - he won’t leave without taking $625 dollar or he will take out the motor back n leave. Finally we give him $625 cash as we didn’t want to make another mess. But Jonathan- since it’s your company, please true to your customers, value their time as well money. Folks- if you are looking for this company for any job type, please think 4-5 times before making any decision. Shop around and then only pick someone. I wish Guy had spoken to us nicely and valued customer service. Thanks!!
I want to thanks royalty heating for fixing my heating system. My heating unit broke over the holiday weekend, they came out the same day and were able to fix my heater. Jonathan was very professional and knowledgeable. prices were also very reasonable. Once again thank you for your services.
I recommend Royalty Heating & Air conditioning. Jonathan the owner is very professional and knows how to do his job. I've been looking for someone for 5yrs to do an air conditioning job but no one can figure out how to fix it, he was able to get it done in one day. Also the price it's really good...
