They were so amazing so nice so professional they really made sure that my AC unit was fix no matter how long it took I am so grateful for this company my kids and I were in a house with no cooking system it was rough and they fixed it right away they were amazing on communication I rate this a 10 stars
Do not use these guys, they are like scammers and just want to take your money. I've called them to make the appointment to come and they end up forgetting it. Once they do, I told them my ac problem and he said it just needs more coolant, he pump in a little bit and he charged me 350$. The next day the ac didn't work for the same reason and he told me to buy a new one instead of fixing it. I recommend you find a better company and most of the comments here are paid comments so don't trust any of them.
My heat stopped working Thursday. I called them Thursday evening and they came out that night and diagnosed the problem. Because it was late they had to go buy the part they needed Friday morning. He came back and I had heat in less than 10 minutes and the price was reasonable. Thank God for royalty heating and air! We will definitely use them again in the future!!!

Came out immediately on a holiday weekend and fixed the problem with my furnace in no time. Paid more than I actually was expecting but, what can you say when you receive excellent and prompt service.

Our ac went out Labor Day weekend and my family was in dire need of service. I called Royalty and spoke with Michael Turner. Michael was incredible.
