He did a bad installation of 9 AC systems and invoiced me for that. I paid 50% of the contract. He installed the ducts and demanded 45% instaed of the 25% in the contract. I asked him to repair the wrongs before moving on and he filed an Affidavit Claiming a Lien. He's coming back to fix all that is wrong. But, I still have his lawyer sendint giving me ultimatums and threatening me with Forclosure of the Lien. I'll update this soon.
