Jesse and his team were great! Our old system was leaking refrigerant and needed to be replaced. They were prompt, professional, and didn't cut corners anywhere. If you want a job done right, I'd recommend starting here.

Our general contractor used them for a new HVAC system during the renovation of a 5,000 SF home. They replaced 3 air handlers and 3 compressors. When we moved in earlier than planned expressly for a high school graduation/pool party to christen the new space, Royal Comfort had to schedule a last minute service call to turn on and balance the system in time for the big celebration. In this time, most HVAC companies are booked weeks in advance and have more work than they can accept. We did not have an appt and called them the night before the party. Jesse, despite having a newborn baby, responded to our after hours call and rose to the challenge. The next day at 7 am, Rob showed up before his full schedule of service calls and got the system up and running. The pool party/graduation party is later today but we are thrilled with the above-and-beyond customer service. We are very satisfied.

The quote and consultation was extremely accurate and transparent (no attempt to needlessly upsell) And installation was FLAWLESS. the technician Jordan is a stone-cold HVAC killer. Was very transparent , fast, professional and amicable, and is an overall cool guy that you definitely want to be installing or working on your HVAC project. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend!

We had a great experience with Jesse. He was very accommodating in the midst of peak season and made every effort to come out even after 7pm. Furthermore, he was very personable, professional, honest, and had a good sense of humor. He was able to fix our AC at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended and I will definitely use Royal Comfort again!

These guys are the best in the business. Unbelievable customer service and response. I expressed how important getting our work done was to us for this weekend. I highly recommend Royal Comfort! They were able to get someone out to me quickly when our unit failed, and despite having a very old unit and a very tricky attic, the entire repair went very smoothly. All throughout the process they kept me informed about what was going on with the unit, and what my options were for fixing and replacing it. I appreciated the honesty!

Jesse and his team were top knotch. I had a complete A/C system installed, they did the job on time with no surprises. Jesse explained everything to me as it was done and I never felt left out of the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone and already have. Would give them 6 stars if I could.
Have had nothing but positive experiences with Royal. Very professional and great customer service. First used them when my water heater broke, shopped numerous different places and Royal was the best price. Jesse was great, installed the new tank right away and explained everything. I used them again when I needed a new furnace and they also now do all of my maintenance. Highly recommend.
