I recently had an air conditioning technician Robert service my home and was totally impressed with the way he handled the job. He was punctual, courteous, and very professional in his work. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the steps to me in detail of what he was doing. He went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly and even gave me helpful advice in order to keep my air conditioning system running smoothly. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the job and would highly recommend this technician for any air conditioning service needs.
Let me start by saying the customer service is nothing short of amazing. Rob is the best with replying back to messages and or calls He took such great care of me from start to finish even on a Sunday.. I will never use anyone but Royal from this day forward. If you want the best look no further then Royal Air Technologies.
I would recommend Royal Air Technologies to anyone who is looking to get their HVAC fixed or have a new one installed. The staff is very knowledgeable and you get top of the line equipment installed for an unbeatable price. Best place for any of your HVAC needs, highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Royal Air Technologies for HVAC need. Robert is skilled, personable and he really cares about providing the best service to the best price to the customer. I had Royal Air helping me three times. The first project consisted of re-routing ducts for a large home remodeling project. He ended up building a completely new air handling system, taking out all the existing ducts all the way to the furnace and run new supplies and returns to all rooms. The air flow is incredible, the rooms are perfectly balanced and they heat or cool very quickly. I can't be happier of the final results. The second project was a full furnace/AC replacement, with installation of UV air filter, which was executed masterfully. Finally, Royal Air made some modifications to the ducts in the basement for a remodeling project. I can't recommend them enough.
I will always call Royal Technologies when I need any HVAC work. Not only did he install my heating and ac systems, he also installed a water heater. I also used him to complete work from an inspection on my condo before selling. I've dealt with lots of contractors. Some good and some bad. He is definitely one of the good ones and I would recommended him to everyone.
We live out in the country and its hard to find a company that will even travel the distance! Royal Air Technologies was very professional and hard working. Did not waste anytime diagnosing the problem and coming up with a solution. Had the replacement unit for inside and outside ordered and installed the same week! Very reasonable prices and great customer service. I would recommend this company 100% to all my friends and family!

Robert from Royal was the epitome of great customer service. He installed a home humidifier and linked my whole home heating and cooling through the NEST. Very professional and at a great price.
Robert was punctual and very knowledgeable about our HVAC systems! Fixed leak in walk-in beer cooler and also has our hood system working at tip top shape the way it should.

Robert was kind and quick responded to a Sunday call to check on my parents' Nest thermostat offline connection problem. I was glad it was a simple fix; loose furnace door caused heater switch turned off, and made Nest thermostat screen turned dark. His charge was fair and honest, wonderful service. Thanks Robert!
My furnace stopped working, Rob quickly identified the problem and resolved it within hours. He went over to the Lennox dealer and got a new part to replace the busted one. I highly recommend Rob for all your heating/ cooling preventive maintenance and repair work. Lastly the price is very reasonable.

GREAT experience with Royal Air Technologies! I have a rental property with a 4 year old RHEEM heat pump, and two weeks ago my tenant let me know that the AC stopped working. I did a little diagnosis myself, and determined that the blower motor in the downstairs air handler had gone bad. I assumed it would be a fairly easy fix since the unit was still under warranty. I realized that only parts, not service would be covered, but I assumed it would still be worth invoking the warranty. I contacted RHEEM, hoping they could tell me which local HVAC service providers they could recommend for RHEEM warranty service, but they said they weren't allowed to do that. So, I went online and found the companies that advertised RHEEM service, and here is my experience with them: - Service Experts - Said they did RHEEM warranty service, so I agreed to pay the $99 diagnosis fee to get them to come out. The guy came out, spent 1.5 hours staring at the unit, they finally told me I was right, the blower motor was bad, but he would have to charge me another $42 since he had to do in depth diagnosis. Said they would verify the unit was under warranty and call me with a quote to install the new motor. Contacted me the next day and said my part wasn't covered, and it would be $1400 to replace the blower motor because I didn't get regular service visits (like they could do for me). I asked to speak to a manager, but no one ever called me back. DO NOT DEAL WITH SERVICE EXPERTS - Custom Air - Also said they did RHEEM warranty work. $99 for a diagnostic visit, then labor cost for the installation of the part. This time I got smarter, and asked for a price quote to install a blower motor, which was $345. I was optomistic. Service guy came on Monday, July 22, only took 5 minutes for diagnosis once I told him the blower motor was bad, they told me it would be $650 to install the blower motor if it was under warranty.
