From initial contact to full installation was less than two weeks. Install guys were very nice - and that's what made me select Rowlands. Very helpful and professional. My system wasn't an easy install but they did well and believe me - I am glad to have a new AC setup before the hot days coming. The duct work they did was a huge upgrade and my house hasn't been this cool since the winter. Alan was prompt and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
The servicemen did a great job!! They replaced the thermostat and a part in our central heater. We had heat again. TY "Rowlands Services" for such professional guys!!
Our air conditioner was really weak on a Friday night in July 2022. We called the repair company we normally use, but their after-hours technician didn't answer the phone. The next day, we found out it was going to cost an additional $150 just to come out because they don't keep Saturday hours. So, I asked on a local Facebook group and Allen from Rowlands Services answered right away. He cleaned our AC condenser unit and thawed the ice on our coils. Then he recharged the freon in our system, and our cold air instantly came back! Come to find out, the previous company didn't replace the cap on our line when they tested it last year, so it's been gradually leaking out even though it was fully charged last summer. Looks like we found our new HVAC guy! Rowlands is fairly priced and didn't charge us a weekend service fee. If you need an emergency HVAC repair over the weekend, give these guys a call!
Ever since we become homeowners and made a connection with Rowlands Services, my husband and I have been very impressed by their consistently outstanding service, appreciation for their customers, and affordable pricing. We have nothing but good words to say, and highly recommend them!
This was actually the second time I've had them do work for me. The first time was a servicing an old AC unit; Jim impressed me enough that when one of my aging units went out in my new home, they were my first choice. I called on a Thursday, Jim came out the following day, did an inspection and gave me a quote, and then Allen had my new unit installed and working beautifully the following Wednesday. 10/10 would hire them again.

Our AC went out on a holiday weekend in July, of course. Alan was at our home in an hour and diagnosed and corrected the problem in thirty minutes - all while being friendly, professional, and thoroughly explaining the issue to me. We will definitely recommend Rowland Services to all of our friends and use them again in the future.
I highly recommend these guys for their AC services. I've had them come out twice and the service is exceptional. Allen straight up told me what I needed and fixed my unit. He saved me thousands of dollars in not buying a new unit.

I had a problem with one of my heat pumps that had been worked on, but not fixed by another repairman. I learned about Rowland Services from a friend and called late Friday afternoon. Alan came out Saturday morning and identified the problem in about 15 minutes. Very personable,professional and very reasonable pricing. Could not ask for a better experience.
I had an idea of what the issue was and a tech was sent out on a saturday afternoon. He diagnosed the issue quickly (bad fan motor) and had a part on the truck to replace it, charging me a single fee for parts, labor and the service call that seemed perfectly reasonable to me. He didn't go looking for other problems or pressure me to buy anything.
Wonderful people, excellent service! They even worked on a VERY cold and rainy Saturday installing my new HVAC unit to ensure my daughter and i would be warm. I highly recommend them!

My ductwork has manual dampers made with PVC connectors. The system is only 5 years old and the connectors inside the ductwork are breaking into when I try to adjust the damper. I bought new 14" dampers and decided to hire Rowland Services to install them. They came when they said they would and charged me at the agreed amount was which was very reasonable. The workmanship is very professional and the Owner and technician were friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend them for your residential repairs and service.
Jim from Rowlands services repaired my AC in the summer. We thought everything was working fine untill we turned our heat on. For whatever reason, the blower they installed just did not to work well with my unit and there was some wiring from a previous tech that was mysterious. They figured it out and replace my fan and made everything right at no cost to me. Some of the best from anyone I have ever had work for me. I will always rely on them for my heating and air conditioning needs!
