I reached out to them on a Sunday. He responded with questions to see what was going on and came out the next morning and even messaged me when he was on his way. Always polite and professional. They even break down the bill so I know exactly what they did and the materials cost.
Went through our warranty company to have him come and fix our AC, first day he comes he says it’s dirty and need cleaned, and that it may need Freon and he would charge us a certain amount and that he’s worked with our warranty company for awhile and that they wouldn’t pay for the repairs because it’s maintenance, and we believed him, which is our mistake, when he came that next week he charged us $200 more than what he said he would, AFTER WE PAY HIM then he wants to say we may have a leak, he said it may run out in about two weeks to a month, So we called the warranty company again to have him fill out the paperwork so he can come and fix the leak, and let me tell you, he is terrible with the paperwork, we would be waiting for a week or two before he even filled it out, and we asked him to fill out the diagnostic for the first repair so we can see if we can get a refund, he never filled out the paperwork. The warranty company would call and call and email him, nothing for days until they eventually fired him. We eventually found someone else to come and fix it, but that technician says that we more than likely have a leak because our AC is completely out of Freon, which sounds to me he just wanted our money. My wife and I have a 10 month at home and my wife is pregnant now with our second, its took AT LEAST a month our two before someone came out and looked at our AC again. But somehow he has 5 star reviews?
They came early in the morning got the entire system replaced. They don't curse, smoke, or leave trash behind. The system has been awesome. We deliberately got an over powered one. We were hearing a noise and called them and they were here next day and a filter needed cleaning. We paid 6 to 7 grand cash and we don't regret it at all. Use this company! You can trust them.
