They have always been nice and responsive. We have used them several times and have always been satisfied with the prompt service. We have recommended them to family and friends and will definitely continue to do so!
2-10 home warranty sent this company out when I furnace quit running. Serviceman came out and said problem was that we had filters in the furnace which were too good and were restricting air flow. He reset it and, pulled a filter out and left. Furnace turned on ok and we left for an early thanksgiving eat together. Talked to my wife at dinner and she said it couldn't be the filters as she bought the same filters previous owner had in furnace. When we made it home that night the house smelled horrible and it was off again. So I went in basement where smell was even worse. I called them back and asked them what was going on, but no one anwsered and I left a message a week later and I still haven't heard from them. I called Pugh and told them what was going on and they came out and used a CO tester which registered 10000 ppm at the exhaust with the same smell in the basement. This was the same smell in the house the night I came home from dinner. When he was here he literally told me that the home warranty group doesn't pay him to sit around and figure out what is wrong with it. The night we came home I flipped the switch and reset the furnace like he said and as I watched it in the basement I started to feel ill and told my wife we should shut it off. A couple days later the house was down to 42 and still had t heard back so I kicked it on with the same result, I started to feel ill. That's when we decided to shut it off and find a new company. So he and 2-10 filled are house with CO and we are lucky that my dogs, wife and I did not die.
If i could, I'd be giving them a zero review. I have the 2-10 home warranty and there was a work order that was sent out to them back on July 12th. Never got a phone call or any follow up so I just shrugged it off. Then August 21st came and my bedroom wall unit went out so I put in a new work order through the warranty company and mentioned about the past work order and it never showed that it was sent back to be redisbatched or anything. Once the wall unit work order was put in, the same company happened to come up. The next day I made sure to call and get everything figured out right away. The gentleman I talked to on the phone seemed very nice and reassuring. While on the phone he told me that the warranty company did the work order wrong so they would have to contact 2-10. Thursday came and he called to let me know it's still getting figured out and that by the BEGINNING of next week he would call and schedule an appointment. Waited and waited. I called Tuesday around 2pm, no answer left voicemail, called Tuesday around 5:30 pm, no answer left voicemail, called Wednesday at 8am, no answer left voicemail, called Tuesday at 1:30pm no answer left voicemail. At this point I started to get very frustrated and called back to back to back a couple times and no one answers. From my personal experience I would absolutely not refer them to family or a friend. They are unreliable and once you click onto their website and see the address 419 Superior St Rossford OH, that's incorrect as well. My father (retired went while I'm at work) went out there to talk to them since calling didn't go anywhere and there isn't even an establishment for heating and cooling in that area... Just a extremely shaddy company.
