Great local service for all AC/HVAC needs! Michael got me set up with a new system within a week. Came in finished the install with his guys as quick as possible. My family can breathe a lot easier knowing we’ll be cool all summer long!

so I first contacted this company going off all the rave reviews. I spoke to someone on July 16th and they had someone out within 2 hrs, great. He went through the issue with me and the possibility it was covered by warranty, even better. Date on a/c is Aug 2014, assuming it was a 5 yr warranty. I would need it fixed regardless. I was told they would research it and send me an estimate with out warranty and info if was covered, great again. Then the problem.. I constantly checked email (spam as well) till July 23. Still nothing, so I call and let them know I still haven't received anything. gentleman on phone said must have been issue with company sending email he would contact them and call me back with the info... obviously never received call back or email. I keept the phone records of my contact with them, mainly so I didn't miss any calls from them. very disapointed considering the glowing reviews. I would not recommend this hassle.
Have used them on several occasions. Very professional and do a great job explaining what went wrong, how they fixed it, and any preventative measures you can take to avoid repeat occurrences.
