Simply put, Rosa Heating and Cooling is the best HVAC company I’ve ever used. Tremendous quality of workmanship, professional and on time with with a very personal touch. Rob, Sandra and Matt care about their customers and it shows.

ROSA arrived right on time to check on a problem discovered with their semi annual maintenance visit. They quickly diagnosed the problem and have ordered the necessary parts. Love having them as our HVAC team as they are reliable, fair and trustworthy.
It was a Sunday midnight when we returned from our vacation and felt freezing house. Statistics on thermostat showed that the house temperature was set at 59 degrees, & heater stopped working on Friday. Our flight was delayed, the relay between flights was 4 hours, & we had to wait 40 mins for our shuttle bus. The heater issue was an icing on the cake. So frustrating as we just had the furnace installed & a new thermostat 3 months ago or so. We had 2 blankets & a spring comforter, & still our feet were very cold throughout the night. I called Sandra early morning & after speaking with Robert on our issue, he decided to come the same day (at noon). Now he could have had other things to do as it was a Sunday, but he made it a priority to come (our house is not within his service area) & look into our problem. Within minutes he understood what the problem was…it was an issue with our thermostat relaying the information to our heater. Robert went out & purchased a new thermostat for us. Now, I am not the one to brag, but I really cannot trust anyone else with handling issues with AC/heating system/ thermostat. Every time we called another company before, someone came, looked for couple of hours, and then guessed at what could be the issue, and charged us for coming. And before we would end up spending money on something that could have been absolutely pointless. Robert made it a priority to come. He came and fixed the problem. The payment for the job did not even come up at any point of our communication. Our heater is working as it should. We are experiencing no issues at all with our thermostat. I can only say that if you want the job to be done the right way, then call & speak with Sandra & Robert. Stop wasting your time & money on other people.
So far we have had great experiences with Robert. We have never had a more responsive HVAC company. It could be anytime, any day of the week and they will be there as soon as possible to make sure everything is okay. He is courteous of our house and takes the time to explain things which we appreciate. We also really like their contacting system. Sandra is super quick and responsive- I know I will never have to wait very long! If you’re looking for someone new I would recommend Rosa!
I’ve had other hvac people in the past that did poor quality work and charged a lot. I would never use anyone except Rosa. I highly recommend them. They have done work for several friends on my recommendation and everyone was beyond happy with their service!

Rosa Heating and Cooling was exceptional! Sandra made sure she could get all the parts a quickly as possible.. even if it meant picking them up in Virginia. Robert found the problems with our AC units and gave us solid solutions and pricing options. They all worked from 8:30am - 7:00pm until the the job was done. Outstanding service! The Rosa team is 5 stars from start to finish!!!!!

Rosa Heating and Cooling did a great job replacing my ac unit. Rob and the rest of the team are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Robert and ROSA is the most professional HVAC company. We had no heat and he went out of his way on a Saturday to make sure heat was restored. I highly recommend this company.

A/C decided to call it quits on the hottest week of the year. Called a few places prior and never got a call back. Called ROSA and they picked up right away. I explained my situation and Sandra told me they can stop by that evening. Robert was able to make it earlier than initially estimated and went right to work identifying the problem and determined that my blower fan was no longer operational. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me what was wrong and what we needed to do to correct it. He said he would call his supplier, and get me a quote as soon as he could the next day! He kept to his word and communicated with me about the part i needed and its availability, and gave me a quote as soon as he got the price of the part. He squeezed me in again that night to install the new part. When they arrived, they immediately got to work on the unit and finished quickly and made sure I was satisfied before they left. My family and I couldn’t be any happier now that we are back in the cold during these hot days and believe we have found our new HVAC company for future work!
Rob is the best technician I have ever had work on my system. I practice in the field of indoor environmental health and Rob is the only person that I truly trust to work on my system.
Trust is a key component to good quality service and Robert is the epitome of trustworthy and his diligence only adds to that trust. I was so glad to find him after he had left Advanced Heating. The company I had been using was none of the above. After a $283 service call that lasted only 30 minutes, I soon discovered my A/C still wasn’t working properly. And when I called them back for follow up, their customer care person was argumentative and blaming. None of that with ROSA. Robert responded quickly, stayed for over an hour to solve the problem and cost 40% less with my initial service discount. I’m signing up for their annual service contract. Very happy customer here.
I thought this was a great company, but the technician Robert came in my house to work and stole from my house. The baltimore county police are involved. Please be careful letting this company do any work in your home.
