Absolutely the worst liar ever. Says one thing, does another. Untruthful, unprofessional and then doesn't own it. .I ended up paying someone else to fix his mistakes. Nothing like paying for the same job twice.

Our furnace died in the middle of the night. Messaged Ron in the morning and we were up and running with a new motor within 4 hours of contacting him. Now that’s service at his finest. Will be using him going forward! Thank you Ron!

Ron was amazing. I'm a new homeowner and my AC started leaking last night soaking my drywall. Fidelity Warranty assigned me to Ron and I gave him a call in the morning. It's been a crazy time and other HVAC companies are booked out for more than a week! Amazingly Ron said he'd be able to take a look today. He came by after a while day of work at 8pm to help me and my family. The other reviews seemed to have issue with his response, but he picked up Everytime I called🙌 just got to be patient. He is clearly a hard worker that cares and probably accepts more calls than he should to help others. He fixed my leak and changed my filters on top of it! Thanks Ron.

Ron put in a heat pump for me almost 3 years ago. Had recent issue and heat pump quit working. Talked to him on phone and he said he would call me back which never happened. Called again and he said he would head my way after wrapping up current job. He never showed up or bothered to call. I have no idea why he wouldn’t want to come look at it especially being the one who installed it in the first place!

My furnace was not putting out warm air so I contacted Fidelity Home Warranty with whom I have a contract.They referred me to Ron's Heating and Cooling. At that time I paid a $75.00 co-pay to Fidelity for this service. Ron contacted me and an appointment was made for between 3-5PM on December 30, 2020. At 5:30, as I had not heard from him, I phoned him. He said he had gotten busy and we re-scheduled the appointment for the following day, the 31st, between 2:30 and 3:30PM. I cancelled an appointment so I could be home to let him in. Once again, no phone call and no show. I have never heard from him. Extremely unprofessional! I DO NOT recommend Ron's Heating and Cooling!!!!! I am in a dispute with Fidelity Home Warranty for a return of the $75.00. All-in-all a horrible experience with this company!

Ron was fair, worked hard, and got the job done well! Including following up. He spent two days working on my heating system and was kind, polite, and pleasant the whole way through. He even did a bit of extra work without any charge. He's a one man show and VERY busy so be patient if he isn't on time to the minute. I'd recommend Ron's to anybody and everybody.

BEWARE! I should have listen to the poor review ahead of me, unfortunately I ignored it. I hired Ron to come out and service my air conditioner and heater. It would not turn off. As Ron arrived within 15 minutes he said it was this relay that he took a picture of. He said he would order it and come back to put it in by Friday 17th. It is now Tuesday and I had to hire Beaverton heating and air to come out and fix the original problem that I had already paid Ron for. On Friday when I finally called him, he got irate and said to never call him again! I am so angry that I have called my attorney, as Ron said he would give me my money back, as you can see I paid cash!! So listen to reviews people, we DONT LIE!!!! I had to give him 1 star in order to post this.

Our home warranty company assigned Ron’s Heating and Cooling to fix our inop heater. Ron had a tech scheduled quickly and our heater was fixed in 48hrs. Great service, would recommend.

Our heat wasn't coming on. The warranty company sent Ron's. Took him a few days to call us (but in all fairness, I could have called him as well). He set up an appointment pretty quickly after, and was a little late but not a big deal. He came in, checked it out, found the issue, fixed it.I happy with our service from Ron's.

Called this morning and talked to Ron. Was told he would be at our house in an hour to an hour and a half. Waited.... and waited.... called him back after 2.5 hours, no answer so I left a message. Waited another 2 hours (5.5 hours after he said he'd be there) and called again. This time he answered. "So are you still coming?" I asked. "Where am I supposed to be going?" He responded. I reminded him of our conversation that morning and he said he must have spaced it. So, haven't had him actually do anything for us but from my experience he seems disorganized and flakey. Wasted a whole day waiting for him to show up without heat. Not happy.

Our A/C went out Sunday in the heat wave that hit Portland, and I started calling around and Ron was able to fit me in and have my central air conditioner fixed by noon on Monday! He was fast, courteous, very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I recommend him and will call him in a heartbeat if I need my A/C or heating worked on again!
