Had the best experience with Matthew he made a stressful situation easier on me and was on time. He is a kind respectful man. Matthew was professional and informative will always recommend him and Ron Brocks!!
Had a high limit switch go bad on our furnace - installed by Ron Brocks in 2020. The part is $30. Ron Brocks made a point to tell me the good news - the part is under warranty and all I’d have to pay for is labor. The bad news is that Ron Brocks doesn’t charge an hourly labor charge. They charge a flat $319.00. What that means for anyone that has a simple 10-30 minute repair is you will pay an astronomical $319.00. This is price gouging. Don’t let companies get away with this, take your business elsewhere!
The company is extremely responsive with qualified staff. They responded the same day and took care of the problem. Highly recommend this company.
Great place to work
There a bunch of cops using a fake company name. Bunch of narcs following people trying to be part of public citizens.
Air conditioner went out on Friday night in July. Called Ron Brock's early Saturday morning, Edward arrived within 30 minutes of the call and completed the repair within the hour. Quick, very professional, and informative, plus the repair ended up costing a lot less than I was thinking I would have to spend. Highly recommend!
We came home to a hot house on a Sunday. My son recommended Ron Brocks so I called the emergency number. Jon responded and assured me he would make it to our house asap. He installed a new capacitor that had failed, and we were back in business! Jon was professional and informative, and answered all our questions. Pricing was also fair! We are now proud customers of Ron Brock!
So this people are straight thieves. Charged me $680 dllr to replace a blower motor that was under warranty don't get scammed by these jokers.... That is the most expensive warranty work on the planet. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS... THERE THIEVES.
I’m writing this on behalf of my parents. Jon and David are amazing technicians. Jon worked on the main house and David worked on the rental house. Both technicians were very courteous and answered all questions. The work was done quickly but correctly. We will not be using another company for our HVAC needs. Ron Brocks and their technicians are simply the best.
Home we purchased in August had a heat pump installed earlier this year. Heat was not working when we tried to use it. They sent a repair person out within hours of calling and communication from main office and the tech was exceptional. Tech did a great job explaining the issue and performing the repair. All was covered by warranty without hesitation. Excellent customer service!!
Thank you for your exceptional service Ron Brocks! We could not be happier!
Truck number 8 was driving incredibly recklessly down 67th ave earlier weaving in and out out traffic even going so far as to racing a car.
Can't seem to honor an appointment time.
Ron Brooks was the contractor who installed my Honeywell Thermostat in my new build home just over 3 years ago. Over Labour Day weekend, the touch screen was none responsive, I called and got their out of hours service who took my message and said someone would be back to me after the holiday as I was not an emergency and I said I was leaving town after. 2 weeks later I return home and still no contact from them. I called again and got told someone would call me back the next day....another 2 days later and I call Honeywell again who have told me it is under warranty and just needs to be replaced and I would only pay a service fee for the contractor to replace the unit. Called Brocks again saying all this and told someone will get back to me...I have been in my home 3 days with the aircon stuck on a holiday setting and I need to change it. They called the next day (Over 3 weeks from initial call they call back!) Explained its under warranty, they were the installers and its not the zircon or heating that's the issue just the thermostat plate and explained what Honeywell told me...service charge Im happy to do but these guys told me they would charge $210 for install ....seriously!! its a replacement screen......go elsewhere where they actually value you and want to help ....cowboys.
Always helpful taking care of our rental home in Surprise AZ!! Thank you
Very professional. Kept in touch with time of arrival and timely proposals! Excellent customer service, which seems to be rare these days!
I just took possession of my new home and had technician come by and get me familiar with the new system. Ed Serna s imply made it very user friendly
I called Ron Brock, Co, as they were recommended in Texas when I moved to Arizona. The A/C units were old in our AZ home, so the units were serviced and plans were discussed to replace them. Two new units were installed later and this company has kept up by servicing them on a regular basis. Two other relatives have also bought new units from Ron Brock. Their sales and service cannot be beat.
Contacted company as one of my units were not producing AC cool air. Unit was roughly a year and a half old..brand new home.. Contacted them and they came out for an appointment and literally was outside for less than 10 minutes diagnosed with the problem was For $89. Went to his truck for another 10 minutes.. Came back told me that my AC was bad with a bad capacitor and replaced it in less than 15 minutes. Total bill was $260. Upon my initial call I asked them if it was really easy how much would the cost be and they said if they were only there for roughly 10 or 15 minutes all I would have to pay is the initial service call the part would be covered under warranty. Clearly that’s not what happened. For less than 45 minutes at my house. From pulling up to leaving. This included reviewing the bill at the end as well. Contacted the office and and that was the normal fee. I asked if they would at least waive the service call fee and the office manager refused. They offered a free inspection of one of my units. I still would have to pay over $100 for them to spend 5 to 10 minutes to inspect the second unit. Multiple other five star heating and air companies offer less charge to Service. I’m X military and I should’ve went with semper Fi heating or Parkers and son. Both of these at five star rating should I went with them instead, turns out they were cheaper to as I called to inquire on their price in and they’re at the top.
The woman I spoke to on the phone was not very friendly or helpful. The man that came out to fix our thermostat was extremely helpful and so nice! The 5 stars definitely goes to him.
