Our heating system was not starting. He came in to fix it. But then again when he had to turn it off, the system was not starting again. Basically he was able to start the system but anytime it turns off, the system is not able to start. According to me this is not fixing the problem, and when we are trying to call or text him he doesn’t respond. This is not a professional behavior.
Kenny of Rogers Heating and Cooling is absolutely the best. He is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and reasonable, all the qualities I look for in a service technician. He replaced my old Oil Furnace with a Gas Furnance and installed an Ecobee thermostat. He is the best and this is the third time I have used him on different homes. I was not disappointed, and I highly recommend him to friends and family.
I was very disappointed with the follow through of Rogers Heating. They came to our home on Nov 22nd and had to order a part. Was told they when the part was available he would come back and fix it and we even agreed to a service agreement for maintenance on our system. Almost three weeks later, I’ve texted two times and emailed once about a follow up and no response. Very disappointed and won’t be recommending Rogers Heating!
It was a pleasure to deal with Kenny from initial phone call to estimate to installation. I’m a former plumber and I have connections, but after seeing the work and fair price he afforded my daughter & son-in-law on their home, I gave him a call for an estimate – needing a new system for my condo. Kenny knows his engineering, is very knowledgeable and sized & spec’d my home right. His pipework is artistic and soldering is clean. Danny, his apprentice was meticulous and courteous. Lastly, Kenny picks up the phone – it’s comforting knowing you can reach the owner – you’re not dealing with one of the larger outfits with their “fluff” sales tactics and a kid reading a script. -Best of luck, Kenny… you’ll be highly recommended. -John S.
I was very impressed by Mr. Rogers's knowledge and work ethics! He takes the time to make sure his employees know what they are doing and constantly reinforces the respect for the customers home. I have a very difficult structure and layout, the effort Mr. Rogers put into my home was fantastic.. My home is now running on Central Air and couldn't be happier!
Kenny is great! Fast, fair and great at his job. 6 out of 5 stars.
ROGERS Heating Cooling Plumbing is simply the best! He installed my HVAC system at my previous home, and he's going to do it again at my new place. The attention to detail. The professionalism. His responsiveness and punctuality, are some of the great qualities he has to offer. You know what to expect from start to finish, and if any questions arise, he is sure to have an answer.

I’ve started using Kenny over a year ago when I had an issue with my HVAC and my tankless hot water system. Kenny has went above and beyond. He is an absolute professional and reliable. Kenny just reinstalled a new HVAC system for me because the original system (5yr old) was not calculated correctly. Kenny and his guys showed up everyday to make sure my system is up and running because I was mid summer with a pregnant wife and a 2 yr old. I would recommend Kenny to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and most importantly honest company.
Rodgers heating and cooling have done an excellent job at my house. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the work they preform. Best price around, and stand behind their work. Kenny was not overly aggressive on selling his product, he let me make the decision. Which I was impressed by. Called them back to some questions and they came over very quickly. I would recommend Rogers heating and cooling to anyone who is looking for a great product and best price around.
This company is unreliable, I waited a week for a technician from roger heating to show up at my home and no one did I call the technician and he said he never took my appointment, they give me a window between 11am am 3pm .I would never used or recommend Roger's heating and plumbing
I cannot stress enough how helpful Kenny was in our whole renovation and moving in process. He is extremely knowledgeable and was willing to go above and beyond his HVAC responsibility to make sure additional work was getting done right. He's a great guy and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend you consider having him install your system. No complaints from us and a ton of respect. Will be calling him again in the future.
Kenny is a guy with integrity. This is hard to find in hvac guys.. usually they try & milk you for more money. He did suggest other things we should do to have our hvac run better, but he didn’t press us or insist we do it right away. The leak he fixed was done properly & quickly. He does high quality work & is really helpful at explaining what he needs to do. Highly recommend.
Kenny is very knowledgeable and personable. He made sure to explain in detail what the problem was and what my options were for getting my unit fixed. They were fast, showed up exactly when he said they would and cleaned the work area after they completed the work. He was very honest and cost was fair. I will continue to use Kenny and his guts for all my HVAC needs and also refer him to all my family and friends.

Kenny was a pleasure to do business with. He's extremely knowledgeable, diligent, and takes no shortcuts. He replaced our central AC condenser and air handler. The project was initially projected to take 1 day but due to unforeseen complications took a whole extra day - but Kenny and co. were there bright and early, working hard. All throughout the process, Kenny was happy to tell me more than I ever wanted to know about AC units :) His great personality and sense of humor also made it a pleasure to work with him. I will definitely be hiring Rogers HCP for all my HVAC needs.
