Really nice guy, great service. Very fast and reliable.
2 days before Christmas in below zero temperatures during a blizzard stay off the roads bulletins our carbon monoxide detectors alarmed. Our furnace was operable, but dangerously leaking carbon monoxide. With 3 seniors and a single Mom with 2 young kids and 2 dogs moving wasn't a option. I called so many places, left msgs got vague promises until I found this awesome lady who was sick herself but sent a peer who got my furnace installed after 6pm on Christmas Eve. She checked back with us on the installation, warranty and registering. She knew exactly what needed replaced and running. I would highly recommend this company and Tina. Professional and caring, but most importantly knows her business.

I’ll start off by saying that my home warranty suggested a contractor to come service my furnace, but they couldn’t schedule me for a couple days and with that cold weather coming in, and two kids, I couldn’t wait…Rockton Heating and Air was the the first to pop up on google bc of my location and Tina answered immediately (before 8am to be exact) She was able to come out at 10am and fix my furnace the same day! She was amazing and so humble. She also showed me a few things to look out for the next time my furnace acts up…which was great. I had a great experience with her and highly recommend her company. She will be my new go to for service calls. Very reasonable pricing too. If you’re reading this, Thank you Tina! Really really appreciate you!
Great service, found the issue and got my air conditioner back running after techs from other places dismissed the problem.

We found Tina from the google map, she has the best feedback —all 5 stars, Tina's response is very fast. She is Very nice and most importantly she is experienced. We replaced the parts in the AC this time, I will contact her when I replace whole AC Compressor . I trust her.
Our ac unit took a dive yesterday in the middle of the day in the hottest day of the year . I called 7 places all booked and couldn’t help me for days . Found Tina here on google and even though she was booked she talked to me about the issue and what it probably was and gave me a contact to get it fixed . Ended up getting same day service finally thanks to her and my house is no longer 85 degrees . Thank you Tina for pointing me in the right direction
Called on Memorial Day weekend, and they don’t service my area but helped me over the phone to the best of their ability to get me through the weekend. Get help for a first time home owner

My air conditioning went down and Rockton heating and cooling came out. I was given a clear assessment of the problem and the unit was fixed within an hour. The cost was much less than I expected, the hourly rate is a good deal, and now I have a cool home despite the current heatwave. Thank you.
Awesome service!! Called Rockton H & A asking for help. Response was immediate. Got me set up with my new air unit asap!! Couple follow up calls from Tina(owner) making sure I was happy and didn't have any questions. Past reviews of great service did not lie!!

#LoveNotesfromLiz Day 151: Last Saturday I attempted to turn on the AC and panicked when I discovered there was zero cold air in the house. The fan on the unit was not spinning and I couldn’t manually spin it. Today Tina Miller of Rockton Heating and Cooling saved the day! Tina was kind and knowledgeable. She was flexible with my schedule and spent hours pulling the unit apart, gathering parts, and repairing the fan motor. I admire that Tina has done this type of tough manual labor for 32 years. Tina was fair, honest, practical and cares about her customers. When I shared that I was an electrician in the navy and used to work on motors like this Tina thanked me for my service. Tonight (thanks to Tina) we have a cool house, and I didn’t have to spend my entire paycheck🙌🏼. My prayers have been answered and my anxiety was eased by Tina each step of the way. Tina was immensely knowledgeable and helpful. Had a situation where was likely not worth her time. She did it OVER THE PHONE and never asked for a bill. It is my responsibility to pay for her expertise here, as it should be for anyone who she has helped for free. No matter the situation I now know exactly who to call for future issues.
Called around 730 am came at 9am to take care of my furnace issue. Tina put me at ease and discovered the problem right away. I highly reccomend Tina Miller she knows her stuff!
