They replaced draft inducer motor and pressure control switch. Total bill: $1450. No breakdown between labor and parts despites repeated request. Which makes me wonder if we were overcharged. The other estimate was $700, albeit with "after market" parts. We went with Rocket because they were more responsive and they claimed to use Carrier parts, instead of "after market" parts. But since they did not provide the breakdown between labor and part numbers, there's no way to tell! Also, the part warranty was for only 60 days. I looked on line and the warranty for Carrier parts is 1 year!

Honest and affordable that's all I have to say. My AC went out and I called Rocket Heating AC Repair Rancho Palos Verdes and received same day service. Peter assessed the problem and told me exactly what was wrong with my air conditioning unit. He was very professional and was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes. Gibson is a super nice guy. We actually walked me through how to fix my radiator myself, over the phone, for no charge. Gibson came by early for my appointment which really helped out. I had replaced the condenser myself but the AC unit still was not working. He changed a few wires around and Bam...working. Didn't charge me anything. Will use him again & recommend to friends.
