Jacob Williams and his crew are a superb example of a Huntsville small business. They met with me to discuss my needs several times before beginning the job. Rocket City Air went above and beyond by providing loaner temporary air conditioners when my HVAC failed in the summer. When I needed a new HVAC unit, they provided a very competitive estimate. They were not the cheapest, but I felt they were absolutely the best value for my money. Their estimate was far less than the astronomical quotes from the large HVAC companies in Huntsville. Rocket City Air provided convenient financing. They skillfully completed HVAC installation, thermostat installation, replaced old duct work, installed a new air return, and added blown-in insulation. Their entire crew was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Rocket City Air.

Highly recommend Jacob Williams at Rocket City Air. We called them out when our AC wasn’t cooling properly. He ended up finding an issue that 3 other well known companies that work for local builders did not catch! Thank God the root problem was found and is now corrected. He lifted our HVAC system, rerouted a pipe in our crawlspace, cleaned our units, and added UV lights. Communicated very well, was thorough, was dependable, and gave clear estimates beforehand.

I had them come out and give me an estimate along with 3 others He was not the best price but seemed to be the most knowledgeable about everything I needed. He also, gave me the same price as the lowest estimate I had and I added the 10 year warranty I highly recommend this gentleman. He did an awesome job. Thank you
Had closed cell foam insulation sprayed in our metal building. They patiently worked with us over a couple months until the weather became warm enough for them to complete the final coat. Very friendly and professional, we do recommend them.

I had a great experience with Rocket City Air. They came out to do an inspection and cleaning of my outside unit and were very professional, personable, and courteous. While they were at my house I asked them to quote me some repairs and replacements. The technician and apprentice were very up front about costs and benefits. I scheduled some replacements and repairs. The scheduling process was quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

Definitely give Jacob a call! Our AC stopped working correctly and he was able to get out to us the next day. Fixed the problem quickly and got us cool again. Communication was probably the best of any company I’ve ever used. Highly recommend.
Called Jacob to come take a look at our old unit. He was right on time, punctual and was here to help when no one else would come in the heat of summer. He gave us a quote on a new unit that beat alot of other companies quotes. Kept us updated and coordinated a date to install the unit. Rocket City AIr will be the only company I use for my air-conditioning needs. Anytime I have had questions or concerns he took the time to help me when others would not even return a call. Highly recommended....
