WOW! What a great company! Very professional, good hearted, down to earth, honest people. Very rare to find that in todays time. My home has two HVAC units which both was out right before the 4th of July weekend. Upstairs unit had been out almost a year. We called Rocket Air and they was able to come out the same day and fixed both units, that day. They were honest and didn't try to sale us on anything we didn't need. Very reasonable with the price and we're very thankful we found them! They now have new customers. I would highly recommend Rocket Air Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs.
I am amazed! On Sunday afternoon on Father's day, our A/C unit basically stopped producing cool air, as it had been getting worse over time. I assumed it was low on freon. I searched HVAC on google and Rocket Air popped up. I gave Billy a call, thus assuring that he will be out today. And he came. Without taking my diagnosis in question he agreed it was probably the freon. After a test to confirm, he filled it right up and the unit is working like new. Billy is the most kind, down-to-earth, honest kinda guy. He professionally explain exactly how everything works before doing anything. And the best part, he only charged me for the freon. Not only did he take an hour out of his life to help us, he also didn't charge a red cent to come calling. (As he lives less than a mile from our house) As long as we live in the Triad area we are gonna call Rocket Air every time!
Do not make a twenty thousand dollar mistake call these guys first. After a $400 service call and 20k estimate and nothing fixed we called rocket! And had the broken part fixed! We now have air! Billy and Cody were very professional and great!
Called on a Saturday, Billy was out with in the hour. Awesome response time awesome service and just a great experience, and will use again.

I called this morning thinking that I would have to wait a few days but to my surprise we had same day and Billy was out within an hour. Within an hour of being here he fixed the problem and answered any questions we had, was very professional. We highly recommend & continue to use rocket air for our HVAC services.

I got an HVAC filtration system installed a year ago in our new home. My daughter has severe asthma and would constantly wake up in the middle of the night having breathing issues. Ever since having the system installed she has been able to sleep through the night no problem. It even cut back on the amount of dust and pet dander/hair. I definitely recommend this company
I highly recommend this company for any HVAC system need. They thoroughly checked our HVAC system and completed the needed repair. The staff was very professional from start to finish.
Billy came out today to give me an estimate on cleaning my ducts. He was personable and professional and HONEST. I say honest because I had someone from another company come out earlier who didn't do a complete evaluation of my home. He did not even go in the crawlspace. And, he quoted me a price that was higher than Rocket's but was the same service. I would definitely recommend that you at least let these guys give you a quote. Amy W.

Billy came out and conducted an inspection of the HVAC duct and vents in my home as well as the dryer vent. He did not find that any service/clean was required. He was very honest and professional in informing me that the all duct work and vents in the house did not require cleaning. He did not charge for the inspection. I appreciate his honesty and feel that this company is only interested in providing only services that are needed for their customers.
Billy and Gene are professional, respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. We were certain that our 20 year old home at least needed our clothes drier vent cleaned, and we expected that we might also need our two heating system vents cleaned. They inspected our home and confirmed that our clothes drier and one (not both!) of our HVAC vent systems needed cleaning due to poor design. They gave us an estimate (including fixing the HVAC design issue) which we were happy with. Lorrie then worked with us to determine on a mutually agreeable date, and the work was done in the time allotted totally to our satisfaction. Minimum cleanup was needed after they finished. One of our neighbors asked them to look at her vents. I was impressed that they told her that none of them needed cleaning, charging her nothing.
This past summer My five-year-old air conditioner wasn't working, my daughter recommended Rocket Air Heating and Cooling. Their service was quick, professional and most important effective. Billie and Cody were here today to check my heating system and change my filters. I am completely satisfied with their service and recommend them totally.
Billy did a superior job of installing our new heat pump. He had done service work for us previously and was always quick to repair our problems. We would recommend him to anyone.
Our air condition went out on Wednesday night and my husband tried to fix it himself however on Thursday evening after running fans all day and night we decided to call a professional. I talked to Lori who got me on the schedule for first thing on Friday morning between 9 and 10 and Cody showed up around 8:30 ready to help me! Cody was so professional and knowledgeable with what he was talking about. I highly recommend this company and Cody! We will definitely be using Rocket Air for our future HVAC problems!
I came home late Friday during the July heatwave to find that my downstairs heat pump was out. I called Rocket and Billy was here at 8:15 the next morning even though it was a Saturday. He had the problem solved within 15 minutes, and I had wonderful air conditioning again on a day when it was supposed to top 90°. Billy was knowledgeable, affordable, and professional. I would definitely recommend his company.
We have two units that needed repair. Billy came out and gave his honest opinion and was very straight forward with what needed to be repaired and replaced. We ended up purchasing a new unit for downstairs. We could not be happier!! Our old unit struggled to keep up! We are finally cool and comfy in our house!
My AC stopped working it was so miserable in the house Rocket Air was quick to come in and get it running again!! They were clean professional and so nice. He explained everything to me.
Top notch service from the entire staff. Kind people that genuinely care and they are not trying to rip you off like other companies. Highly recommend!
