My A/C stop working on the worst day possible, it was almost 90 degrees today. I reached out to Rochester Heating & Cooling. Mike was able to squeeze me in his busy schedule to fix my A/C unit, he also took the time to inspect my furnace and service that as well. I will definitely contact them again. Thank you so much!!!
There is nothing better than having an AC guy be dependable and fast! Same day service, honest, kind, Mike is a great guy and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Professional and knowledgeable about the job/work also always pleasant and friendly. We had furnace installed over 5 years ago and are still very happy and just recently had our air conditioned repaired by Mike. We appreciate his work. I would definitely recommend Rochester Heating.
We have used Rochester Heating & Cooling for the past 15+ years for HVAC repairs and to install a new HVAC system. Mike is very responsive and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond! We will continue to use him for all of our HVAC needs!
Mike has the best customer service around.. Immediate response.. We called him on a Friday night 10:30 pm when our AC wasn’t working. He came right out and an hour later it was fixed. He’s always does an amazing job , takes time with what he is doing and explains everything . He is clean, courteous, trustworthy, and just a great guy! We have used him to repair our furnace, and for cleanings, his service is top notch.

Our family cannot thank Rochester Heating & Cooling enough for its wonderful service. Our heating system died and right away they were at our house making things happen for us which is essential when you’re in a situation like ours; that being that we live in upstate New York, and it is in the middle of winter and we have a one year old baby. Oh, Mike, Alex and the rest of the crew were kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I had the upmost confidence in their work and most importantly the trust was there. In other experiences, these things can take days or even weeks to fix but not with Rochester Heating & Cooling. I could not believe how fast our new heating system was in. If you’re reading this, chances are you’re in a tough situation like we were in. Please do your self a favor and look no further. Trust me when i say, this is the company you are looking for. our family is 100% confidence. Can tell you that you will be as happy as we are right now.
It was such a pleasure having Michael come out and assist me with a project that I would normally do myself, as currently I'm not allowed to turn a wrench, nor climb on a ladder or step stool as I'm healing from a recent surgery. So, I had Michael come out and relocate a gas line for my dryer and to install a new gas shut-off to bring it to code. My 12 year old Lab mix Myriyah got along with Michael as well... When Michael comes out his appearance, and attitude are appealing, he's very passionate and has been doing this line of work for a few decades. He's very good at his craft and has an honest disposition, that by the end of the job, he's looking forward to satisfying the customers overall expectations while at the same time giving you the customer the Rochester Heating and Cooling Experience. When Michael was all done, you couldn't tell he was even here. He works neat and cleans up after himself. If you're in the market for a new HVAC/R system, or you need something as simple as relocating a gas line, give Rochester Heating and Cooling a call, you won't be disappointed.
Last week when I got home from work I found my water tank blew sometime during the day. I called Mike and he was here in less than 30 min. He came and turned off hot water tank connections and made sure I was safe and sound for the eve. He helped me clean up and started taking the old one apart and by lunchtime next day I was set up with a new tank and hot water. It was like a dream and like nothing ever happened. I have been using this company for many years. They installed my last one and also a furnace as well. Thank you Mike and team. Professional and exceptional!!
Mike is a very knowledgeable, friendly and kind person. He is quick to respond to my calls when service is needed. His team of helpers recently put in a new furnace and hot water heater and they were fast, efficient, polite and cleaned up completely. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Highly recommended! Mike and his team came to try and fix my furnace which gave out on one of the coldest days of the year. He was able to come on short notice and, after evaluating the situation, rigged the old unit to provide heat for a couple of days (for no charge) until he could return and install a new one. They also registered my new unit and filled out paperwork for me to apply for a rebate with the city. Excellent service and super friendly people. Above and beyond. 5 stars.
